The minium size for window stickers with a background is 400x400mm and cut to square or rectangle with straight edges only. For smaller sizing or custom shapes please use Rectangle stickers. The maximum height for these stickers to be supplied in x1 piece is 1250mm.

Material

All stickers are printed on quality outdoor self adhesive vinyl. The vinyl is waterproof and UV resistant suitable for indoor or outdoor use.

Gloss or Matte 2 year vinyl is great for indoor stickers or short term outdoors. The life-expectancy of a 2 year sticker will be far longer if not exposed to UV. Stickers are heat and freezer resistant.

Gloss 5 year vinyl is and has the added protection of a 5 year clear overlaminate applied. Laminated vinyl is recommended for any long term outdoor stickers, stickers exposed to cleaning chemicals or stickers exposed to excessive rubbing (hands/pockets/tools).

Laminated stickers have an air release adhesive making them great for easy bubble free installation.

FINISHING: All stickers are kiss-cut to shape and be can be supplied as individual stickers or in sheets.

Only pdf files are accepted as print ready files. No proof will be sent for artwork that is supplied as print ready.

If you have multiple versions they need to be provided as separate PDF files

IMPORTANT DESIGN NOTES:

As per industry standard colours may very up to 5%
Recommended safe zone for print is 5mm in from all sides
Recommended image resolution is minimum 300dpi
Recommended rich black break down 40%C, 40%M, 40%Y, and 100%K

Kiss-cut Lines

** Stickerman will add standard cut-lines to your artwork at no charge**

Adding the kiss-cut line is not required for print ready files, please ensure the uploaded design has 2mm bleed to all sides. For example if your stickers are to be cut to circle at 100mm diameter then the final art size should be 104x104mm to allow for 2mm bleed.

If you would like to set up your own cut-lines:

Cut lines must be a separate layer on top of your artwork
The cut line layer must be named kiss-cut (or similar)
Cut lines must be an outline only with no fill (the stroke weight does not matter)
The cut line outline fill colour must be a spot colour (any colour)

WHAT IS BLEED?

'Bleed' is additional printing of your background to ensure your colour goes from edge to edge when trimmed.

ARTWORK TERMS - FILES SUBMITTED INCORRECTLY

If an uploaded file is not print ready Stickerman will contact you and give you the opportunity to adjust the print file. Any adjusted files will need to be emailed direct to shop@stickerman.com.au. In the event a file cannot be adjusted by the client Stickerman can make the file print ready at an additional cost of $22 inclusive of GST.

Stickerman cannot be held responsible for any work produced with artwork that is not submitted in line with the artwork terms. By submitting orders with Stickerman you agree that all artwork is provided correctly and hereby release and indemnify Stickerman Australia Pty Ltd from any liability in respect to work affected by failure to comply with the required artwork terms.
