What artwork files do you accept?
PDF is the preferred file type. AI, EPS, JPG, PNG, and SVG files are also accepted. If you have multiple versions, each must be supplied as a separate PDF file.

What are the artwork requirements?
Please follow these requirements when setting up your artwork:
• Artwork correctly sized to your chosen dimensions
• All fonts converted to outlines
• All transparency effects flattened and all images embedded
• File supplied in CMYK only — as per industry standard, colours may vary up to 5%
• 2mm bleed on all sides
• Printer trim marks included
• Recommended safe zone of 5mm in from all sides for important design elements
• Minimum recommended image resolution is 300 DPI

What happens if my file isn't print ready?
If your uploaded file is not print ready, we'll contact you and give you the opportunity to adjust it. If you're unable to make the changes yourself, we can make the file print ready at an additional cost. Please note that Stickerman cannot be held responsible for work produced from artwork not submitted in line with our artwork terms. By placing an order you confirm that all artwork is provided correctly.

Can you set up my artwork for me?
Yes — our "Make Print Ready" service includes resizing your artwork to the correct dimensions, adding 2mm bleed to all sides, and providing one design proof for approval. This service does not include design changes such as adding text, changing colours, or modifying elements. You must supply the correct file type and approve the proof before production begins.

Can you create artwork for me from scratch?
Yes — our artwork creation service includes one design based on the information you provide, one round of revisions, and a digital proof for approval. Revisions must be communicated in a single interaction. Additional proofs or further changes beyond the included round of revisions will incur additional charges.

Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes — a digital proof will be emailed within 48 hours of placing your order. Please check your junk mail folder in case it's filtered there. No order will proceed to production until the proof is confirmed via return email.

What is a layout proof?
A layout proof is a digital preview of your sticker sent via email, showing exactly how your design will look when printed. It allows you to review and approve everything before production begins. Should you require changes beyond the included round of revisions, additional fees will apply.

What makes these different from clear window stickers?
These stickers feature a solid colour background, meaning your design stands out against the glass rather than blending into it. This makes them significantly more eye-catching and visible from a distance — ideal for businesses that want bold, impactful window displays. Clear window stickers are available separately if a see-through effect is preferred.

What sizes are available?
These stickers are made to your custom size requirements. The maximum print width in a single panel is 1250mm. If you require a larger size, please contact us directly.

Which vinyl option should I choose?
The 2-year vinyl is ideal for indoor use or short-term outdoor applications. It is heat and freezer resistant, though prolonged UV exposure may impact its lifespan. If applying 2-year vinyl in large sizes, we recommend using water during application.

The 5-year laminated vinyl features an extra UV over-laminate layer providing superior protection against sunlight, cleaning chemicals, and scratches. This option is recommended for long-term outdoor use, areas exposed to cleaning chemicals or essential oils, or stickers that will be handled frequently. Important: do not use water during application with air-release laminated vinyl — the air-release adhesive ensures bubble-free installation without it.

Which side of the window are these applied to?
These stickers are applied to the outside surface of the window.

Are these stickers waterproof?
Yes — both vinyl options are waterproof and UV resistant, suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

How do I apply a large sticker without bubbles?
For 2-year vinyl in large sizes, we recommend using water during application to allow repositioning and prevent bubbles. For 5-year laminated vinyl, do not use water — the air-release adhesive is specifically designed to allow bubble-free installation without water application.

Are these stickers removable?
These stickers are designed for outdoor window application and are intended for medium to long-term use. Removal is possible though some adhesive residue may require cleaning after removal.

How long does production take?
2-year vinyl stickers are typically ready within 3 business days. Laminated 5-year vinyl stickers take 3–5 business days. Production times are from artwork upload or proof approval. If you have an urgent requirement, please let us know when placing your order.

When do you ship orders?
We ship via Australia Post every Tuesday and Thursday. Please factor this into your timeline when placing your order.

How long will delivery take once my order ships?
Delivery times depend on your location and the Australia Post service used. Standard delivery typically takes 2–6 business days for metro areas and 3–10 business days for regional areas. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes — express shipping options are available through Australia Post. If you need your stickers urgently, please contact us directly and we can arrange expedited production and express shipping.

If I order multiple different products will my entire order arrive together?
If you order multiple different products, they may be dispatched separately as each item is completed. Each dispatch will be sent with tracking information so you can monitor all your deliveries.
