What are Clear Stickers?
Clear Stickers are printed in full colour on transparent waterproof gloss vinyl. They create a 'no label' look where only your design is visible, allowing the surface or product beneath to show through. Available as individual Sticker Singles or Sticker Sheets (kiss-cut onto 300x210mm sheets).
What file type do I need?
Clear stickers require vector files only (AI, EPS, SVG). This allows us to accurately place the white ink layer where needed. Detailed file requirements and artwork help can be found on each product page.
What is the white ink layer?
All clear stickers include a white ink layer, which can be applied as a full underlay beneath your entire design or as a sectional underlay in specific areas only. This ensures your colours display vibrantly on any surface. We add the white ink layer to your vector files at no cost, or you can add it yourself — see the artwork help section on the product page for instructions.
What is Colour + White Ink printing?
Colour + White Ink is our premium option that applies a white ink base layer to the clear sticker followed by a separate colour application on top. This two-step process ensures your designs display true colour vibrancy, even when placed on dark or coloured surfaces. Without white ink, colours on clear stickers can appear faded or translucent on dark backgrounds.
Do I need white ink for my design?
All clear stickers include white ink — either as a full underlay or sectional underlay. If placing stickers on light or white surfaces, a full white ink underlay ensures vibrant colours. If applying to variable surfaces or if you want certain areas to remain transparent, a sectional white ink underlay allows you to choose which parts of your design have the white base.
What shapes are available?
Clear Stickers are available in Custom Shape, Circle, Square, Rectangle, Oval, Rectangle with Rounded Corners, and Square with Rounded Corners.
What material are Clear Stickers made from?
Clear stickers are printed on gloss 2-year outdoor vinyl. This transparent vinyl is waterproof, UV stable, and durable for both indoor and outdoor use.

What surfaces work best for Clear Stickers?
Clear stickers adhere well to most smooth, clean surfaces including glass, metal, plastic, and painted surfaces. They look particularly striking on windows, glass bottles, mirrors, and any surface where you want the transparency to be a feature of the design.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Sticker Singles are available in small quantities, making them perfect for short runs or samples. Sticker Sheets have slightly different minimums — check the product page for details.
How long will Clear Stickers last?
Clear vinyl stickers are printed on 2-year outdoor vinyl and are expected to last up to 2 years outdoors and many years indoors, depending on UV exposure. In high-UV environments, stickers will gradually fade over time. These timeframes are a general guide only. Actual lifespan can vary based on environmental conditions, exposure levels, and the surface the sticker is applied to.
How long do Clear Stickers take to produce?
Standard production time is 2–4 business days, with orders dispatched twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In some circumstances, Clear Stickers can be produced within 24 hours. If your order is urgent, please contact us directly to confirm availability and turnaround times.
