What flyer formats are available?
This range includes A6, A5, DL, and DL trifold flyers. All formats are printed double-sided in full colour. A6, A5, and DL are supplied flat. The trifold is printed on a full A4 sheet and folded into three DL-sized panels, giving you six panels of content across the front and back.
What paper stock options are available?
A6, A5, and DL flyers are available in 150gsm gloss, 170gsm gloss, 170gsm matte, and 250gsm gloss. DL trifold flyers are available in 150gsm gloss and 170gsm silk/matte only — heavier stocks such as 250gsm are not suitable for folding as they can crack at the fold lines.
What is the difference between gloss and matte paper?
Gloss paper has a shiny, reflective finish that makes colours appear vibrant and vivid — great for image-heavy designs, bold graphics, and promotional campaigns. Matte or silk paper has a smooth, non-reflective finish with a more refined, understated appearance — better suited to text-heavy content, brochures, and brands with a premium aesthetic.
Which paper stock should I choose?
150gsm gloss is the best value option for high-volume runs, letterbox drops, and general promotions. 170gsm gloss or matte gives a more substantial feel with better colour depth and a more professional result. 250gsm gloss is the premium option — near-cardstock weight with a high-gloss finish that makes a strong impression in any hand. For trifold brochures, 170gsm silk/matte is the recommended choice for a clean fold and a polished finish.
How do I set up artwork for a trifold flyer?
Trifold flyers should be set up as a full A4 page with the three panels clearly defined. Avoid placing critical text or design elements too close to the fold lines, as slight variation in folding can affect readability. What artwork files do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are recommended for the sharpest results. High-resolution PNG or JPG files at a minimum of 300 DPI are also accepted. How long do flyers take to produce?
150gsm and 250gsm flyers are produced within 7 business days from artwork upload or approval. 170gsm flyers and trifold flyers take 7–10 business days.
