What corflute products are available in this range?
This range includes six products. Custom corflute signs are available in five sizes from 450 x 300mm up to 900 x 1200mm with single or double-sided printing. Builder signs are available in four sizes for custom construction site artwork. Site entry PPE signs are available in 600 x 900mm or 900 x 1200mm with two pre-set WHS layout options or a custom artwork upload. A-frame corflute inserts are precision cut to 600 x 900mm and sold as a set of two single-sided panels. Bollard signs are 1 metre tall with three 300mm wide faces, designed to wrap around and secure to standard bollards. Ground spikes are soft ground stakes designed to keep corflute signs standing straight and upright.
Which corflute product is right for me?
For general purpose signage in a range of sizes — custom corflute signs are the right choice. For construction site signage with your own artwork — builder signs are available in four sizes. For construction site entry and PPE signage — site entry PPE signs offer pre-set WHS layouts you can personalise with your logo and details, or upload your own custom design. For refreshing the panels in an existing 600 x 900mm A-frame — A-frame inserts are sold as a set of two so both faces can be updated at once. For bollard-mounted signage with 360-degree visibility — bollard signs wrap around standard bollards with three printed faces. For displaying corflute signs in soft ground outdoors — ground spikes keep signs up to 600 x 450mm standing straight and secure.
What material are corflute signs made from?
All printed signs in this range are made from 5mm corrugated plastic (corflute) panel. Corflute is sturdy yet lightweight, rigid enough to hold its shape outdoors while being easy to handle and install. All printed products are water-resistant and UV stable, making them well suited to Australian outdoor conditions.
What printing method is used?
All printed products in this range are printed direct-to-face in full colour CMYK using premium UV stable inks. This delivers vibrant, sharp colour and crisp detail directly onto the corflute surface.
What artwork files do you accept?
PDF files only are accepted for all printed corflute products. Full artwork requirements including bleed, trim marks, and file setup specifications are listed on each individual product page. A downloadable artwork template is available for bollard signs.
What are ground spikes and what signs are they suitable for?
Ground spikes are soft ground corflute stakes measuring 545mm high x 195mm wide. They are designed for use with 5mm vertical flute corflute signs and keep your signage standing straight and upright in soft ground. The recommended maximum sign size for use with ground spikes is 600 x 450mm. For larger signs, a wooden stake or metal star picket is recommended instead.
How long do corflute products take to produce?
All printed corflute products in this range are produced and dispatched within 3 business days from artwork upload or approval. Ground spikes are a hardware product and do not require production time. We use local couriers for all deliveries — you'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
