• All files must be correctly sized.
• All fonts must be converted to outlines, all transparency effects flattened & all images embedded.
• Files are printed in CMYK only, as per industry standard colours may vary up to 5%.
• Recommended image resolution is a minimum of 300dpi.

Design

Design Proof Process:

• You will receive a digital design proof within 48 hours at the email address provided when placing the order.
• Please check your email, including spam/junk folders. If you have not recieved your design please get in touch with us. 
• No order will progress to production until the design proof has been confirmed via return email.
  

Revision Opportunity:

• All revisions must be communicated in a single interaction.
• Any additional design proofs will be sent via email for approval.
• Design revisions will be delivered within 48 hours.
• Additional charges will apply for further changes or proofs over the allocated amount.
