What flag products are available in this range?
This range includes eight products. Teardrop and feather banner flags are available in small, medium, and large with single or double-sided printing — each includes a fibreglass pole, carry bag, and 12-month warranty. Replacement flag faces cover both shapes and all three sizes for those who already have a pole. Shop front end flags are a double-sided window-mounted display solution for retail and hospitality businesses. Three base options are available separately — a grass spike base for soft ground, a hard surface base for footpaths and hard surfaces indoors and outdoors, and a lightweight indoor folding base for trade shows and events. Complete pole sets are also available separately in small, medium, and large.
Which flag shape should I choose — teardrop or feather?
Both shapes are available in the same sizes, materials, and print options. The teardrop shape is more rounded and symmetrical. The feather (bow) shape has a classic flag profile — wider at the top and tapering toward the bottom with a curved outer edge. The choice comes down to personal preference and which shape best suits your brand aesthetic.
Which base should I choose?
If you're displaying on grass, dirt, gravel, or sand — the grass spike base is the right choice. For footpaths, concrete, or any hard surface indoors or outdoors — the hard surface base provides a stable, low-profile platform that reduces trip hazard. For trade shows, exhibitions, and indoor events where portability matters — the lightweight indoor folding base is ideal. For large flags in high wind areas, the hard surface base can be weighted further with a water or sand bag for additional stability.
Is a base included with the banner flags?
No — bases are sold separately. Please ensure you select the appropriate base for your intended installation surface when ordering. All bases are in stock and ready to ship.
What is the difference between single and double sided printing?
Single-sided flags are printed on one layer of woven polyester — the design is visible in mirror effect on the reverse side. This is the more cost-effective option. Double-sided flags are made from two layers of polyester silk shade sewn together, producing sharp, vibrant results visible from both sides with no show-through — ideal for high-visibility applications or where the reverse of the flag will be clearly seen.
How long do banner flags last outdoors?
Banner flags are not a permanent outdoor signage solution. With regular outdoor use, a lifespan of 12–24 months can be expected depending on weather conditions, UV exposure, and how frequently the flag is used and stored. Bringing flags inside when not in use and during extreme weather will help extend their lifespan.
How long do flags take to produce?
Teardrop and feather banner flags and replacement flag faces are produced within 7–14 business days from artwork upload or approval. Shop front end flags are produced within 7-14 business days. Bases and complete pole sets are in stock and ready to ship immediately. We use couriers for flag deliveries — shipping method for bases and pole sets depends on order size.
