Ready-to-Use Convenience: Kiss-cut to shape at your ordered size, our Square Sheet Labels are supplied on A4 sheets, easy to store and simpler to peel and stick.

Full Colour Stickers: CMYK full colour print, using only genuine Roland eco-sol inks which are UV stable & resistant.

Quality Vinyls: Crafted from premium outdoor self-adhesive vinyl, our stickers are waterproof and UV-resistant, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Gloss or Matte 2-Year Vinyl: Ideal for indoor or short-term outdoor use, heat and freezer resistant. UV exposure may impact the 2-year sticker's lifespan.
Laminated Vinyl: Features an extra UV-overlaminate layer for superior protection against sunlight, chemicals, and scratches. Recommended for outdoor use, exposure to cleaning chemicals, essential oils, or extensive handling.

Print ready files

Preferred file type is PDF, Accepted files include JPG, PNG, EPS, AI or SVG

Bleed: Must include exactly 2mm bleed on all sides, even if there is no colour to the edge of the sticker to fit correctly into sheet templates
Sizing: All files must be correctly sized with artboard fitted to size to include the bleed
Text & Fonts: All fonts must be converted to outlines
Effects: All transparency effects must be flattened
Images: All images must be embedded
Resolution: Minimum 300dpi recommended for raster images

General Requirements (All Sticker Types)

Multiple Versions: When different versions are ordered, each sticker must be submitted as separate files
Color Mode: Files are printed in CMYK only
Color Variance: As per industry standard, colors may vary up to 5%
Cut Lines: No cut-lines or printer trim marks are required

ARTWORK TERMS - FILES SUBMITTED INCORRECTLY

If an uploaded file is not print ready Stickerman will contact you and give you the opportunity to adjust the print file. In the event a file cannot be adjusted by the client Stickerman can make the file print ready at an additional cost.

Stickerman cannot be held responsible for any work produced with artwork that is not submitted in line with the artwork terms. By submitting orders with Stickerman you agree that all artwork is provided correctly and hereby release and indemnify Stickerman Australia Pty Ltd from any liability in respect to work affected by failure to comply with the required artwork terms.

Our "Make Print Ready" Service Includes:

Re-sizing your artwork to the correct dimensions
Adding the required 2mm bleed to all sides
Providing you with 1 design proof for approval

Important Notes:

This service does not include making design changes to your submitted artwork (such as adding text, changing colors, or modifying elements)
You must supply the correct file type for the product ordered
Your approval of the design proof is required before production begins

Files created

Artwork Inclusions:

The artwork price includes x1 artwork design based on the provided information for each version.

Design Proof Process:

You will receive a digital design proof within 48 hours at the email address provided during the order.
Kindly check your email, including spam/junk folders.
No order will progress to production until the design proof has been confirmed via return email.

Revisions:

The price includes x1 round of revisions.
All revisions must be communicated in a single interaction.
An additional design proof will be sent via email for approval.
Artwork revisions will be delivered within 48 hours.
Additional charges will apply for further changes or proofs.

Layout proof

A layout proof is a digital copy of your stickers sent via email, you will receive the digital design proof within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) to the email address provided during the order.

Kindly check your email, including spam/junk folders, no order will progress to production until the design proof has been confirmed via return email.

Should you require changes and additional proofs they will incur additional fees.
