Terms and Conditions:

Costs and Payment: (i) All prices are in Australian Dollars. (ii) Full payment is required before production or delivery.

Order Process — Custom Design Orders: For custom design orders, a proof will be provided for your approval before production. Upon approval of the Final Proof, Stickerman Australia Pty Ltd is not responsible for errors in printed material resulting from client-approved content or discrepancies between the Final Proof and the printed sticker.

Order Process — Online Designer Orders: Orders placed using our online design tools are self-service. The customer is solely responsible for reviewing their design — including text, spelling, font selection, colour, and sizing — before submitting. No proof is provided for online designer orders. Once submitted and added to cart, the design is considered approved and ready for production. Stickerman Australia Pty Ltd is not responsible for errors in text, spelling, colour selection, or sizing on orders placed through the online designer tools.

Industry Accepted Facts: The client acknowledges that variations in monitor displays, printed colours, and minor shifts in alignment or trimming are industry norms and not grounds for a refund or reprint.

Refund Policy: No refund is available once a Final Proof is approved or an online designer order is submitted, unless there is a clear production error agreed upon mutually. Stickerman Australia Pty Ltd may, at its discretion, provide a full refund or reprint of damaged or faulty quantities.

Proprietary Rights to Client's Artwork: Stickerman Australia Pty Ltd does not claim ownership of the client's provided content. The client grants Stickerman Australia Pty Ltd a non-exclusive licence to use submitted designs for promotional purposes.

Design Files and Data: Design files generated through our online design tools are processed via third-party services for file conversion and are stored temporarily for order fulfilment. Stickerman Australia Pty Ltd does not guarantee long-term storage of design files. 

Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify Stickerman Australia Pty Ltd and its entities from any liabilities related to artwork content, business dealings, or third-party claims.

Governing Laws: (i) Clients agree to comply with applicable local laws and regulations. (ii) These terms are governed by Australian law. If any provision is deemed unlawful, the remaining provisions remain valid.

Reservation of Rights: (i) Stickerman Australia Pty Ltd may refuse orders containing content deemed inappropriate. (ii) Stickerman Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
