At Stickerman Australia Pty Ltd, we strive to deliver top-quality custom products promptly. However, we acknowledge that occasional issues may arise.

Quality-Related Refunds:

  • If you're dissatisfied with your order, contact us. We value customer feedback and are committed to enhancing our operations.
  • As each order is custom-made, returns unrelated to quality reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, or different product preference) are not accepted.

Responsibility for Print Errors:

  • Stickerman Australia Pty Ltd cannot take responsibility for print errors approved in the provided proof. Colors may vary in print compared to on-screen displays, so advising Pantone (PMS) colors before proof approval is crucial for accurate color matching.
  • If an error occurs during the setup process at the fault of Stickerman Design, and a proof has not been ordered, Stickerman Australia Pty Ltd will replace 100% of the product, including shipping.

Return Eligibility:

  • Our return policy lasts for 14 days. Contact us via email at shop@stickerman.com.au with photographs of any issues or defects within this period.

Return Process:

  • We may require the return of the product in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns will be discussed with you before any freight is required.

Refund and Replacement:

  • Upon approval of the eligible return, Stickerman Australia Pty Ltd will replace 100% of the product, including shipping.
