Print Ready Files

• Artwork is to be provided as a three page press ready PDF with the front of the card on page 1, the back of the card on page 2, and Metal Layer on page 3
• Work must be correctly sized at 90x55mm with a minimum of 2mm external bleed
• Artwork must be submitted with printer trim marks
• Recommended safe zone for print is 3mm in from all sides 
• All artwork must be flattened with all images embedded and all fonts converted to outline
• Recommended resolution for images is a minimum of 300dpi
• Rich black breakdown: C-40, M-40, Y-40, K-100. Text is fine with K-100 only

METAL LAYER

• Must be the 3rd artboard 
• Must be a spot colour
• Must be a separate layer named SCODIX
• Set to overprint fill

PREPARING FILES FOR METAL

All lines/strokes that are to be highlighted in Metal, must be at least 0.25mm thick, or the Metal may not appear as clear or sharp. Metal can shift slightly when applied, avoid applying it to thin lines, small text or finely detailed artwork.  

• Adding a matte cello glaze will dark in the colours by approximately 5%
• As per industry standard colours may vary up to 5%
• For the best colour accuracy please refer to a Pantone colour guide and not your screen

FILES SUBMITTED INCORRECTLY

If an uploaded file is not print ready Stickerman will contact you and give you the opportunity to adjust the print file. In the event a file cannot be adjusted by the client Stickerman can provide a quotation for file adjustment.
