Q: Do you offer design services? Yes, design services are available, but payment or deposit is required before any artwork or proofing is done.
Q: Can I get a design proof before placing an order? Our policy requires payment or deposit before we do any artwork or proofing. We will accept a design / proof payment if you would prefer to visualise your job before committing to further work.
Q: Do you offer a sample to check the quality of the sticker? We will print a sample upon request for a fee.
Q: Can I pick a font that isn’t on your website? Yes, but you will need to send us the font or choose one from a free website such as DaFont.
Q: What file types are preferred for designs? Vector files are preferred (ai, eps, svg, or editable pdf). For text files, please convert all text to outlines before sending. Please see
“Setting Up Files For Printing” under the How to/ FAQs tab for more info.
Q: What is a Vector File? Vector files are images with mathematically defined shapes that can be resized & manipulated without losing their quality or integrity. Most common file formats are ai, eps, svg or editable pdf (a pdf that has been saved out of the program in which it was built).
Q: How are stickers priced relative to color usage? All stickers are priced as full color regardless of how many colors are used. Even black and white designs are priced the same as full color.
Q: Can you print fluorescent colors or metallics? No, printing is limited to CMYK colors only, not fluorescent colors or metallics. If you require either, please contact us directly for options and custom pricing.
Q: Can you match specific colors? Exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed without a Pantone code or physical sample, as all printers produce slightly different colours. Colour matching may incur an additional fee. Please contact us directly for more information.
Q: How does printing on clear vinyl work and why/ when to use white ink? When printing on clear vinyl, the ink remains translucent unless a white ink layer is added to make the colors solid. Use white ink if your clear sticker will be placed on a dark coloured background or you need your printing to appear solid.
