Full Colour Stickers: CMYK full colour print, using only genuine Roland eco-sol inks which are UV stable & resistant.

Quality Vinyls: Crafted from premium outdoor self-adhesive vinyl, our stickers are waterproof and UV-resistant, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Gloss or Matte 2-Year Vinyl: Ideal for indoor or short-term outdoor use, heat and freezer resistant. UV exposure may impact the 2-year sticker's lifespan.
5+ Year Premium Laminated Vinyl: Boasting a 5-year outdoor vinyl paired with a matching 5-year UV-overlaminate layer for superior protection against sunlight, chemicals, and scratches. These incredibly durable stickers also feature an air-release adhesive which ensures easy, bubble-free installation. Laminated vinyl is recommended for long-term outdoor use, exposure to cleaning chemicals, essential oils, or extensive handling or rubbing (hands/pockets/tools).

Clear stickers

Clear Stickers: Printing with Circle Sheet Labels is in CMYK colour only, excluding white ink. Please note that any white parts in the design won't print, resulting in a clear finish. Clear stickers are recommended for white or light surfaces but not suitable for vehicle windows or dark surfaces. For white ink requirements, kindly reach out to us for a custom quote..

Transparency Note: Clear stickers, printed with CMYK ink only, may exhibit slight transparency, especially with lighter colours. The final appearance can be influenced by the colour of the surface they adhere to. For instance, a blue print on a yellow surface may appear green. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.

Print ready files

Only pdf files are accepted as print ready files. No proof will be sent for artwork that is supplied as print ready.

If you have multiple versions they need to be provided as separate PDF files

Convert all text to outlines
All transparency effects flattened
All images embedded
File provided in CMYK only
2mm bleed requirement
Supplied as single page press ready PDF with NO printer trim marks

IMPORTANT DESIGN NOTES:

As per industry standard colours may very up to 5%
Recommended safe zone for print is 5mm in from all sides
Recommended image resolution is minimum 300dpi

Custom cut lines

Stickerman will add standard cut-lines to your artwork at no charge

Adding the kiss-cut line is not required for print ready files, please ensure the uploaded design has 2mm bleed to all sides. For example if your stickers are to be cut to circle at 100mm diameter then the final art size should be 104x104mm to allow for 2mm bleed.

If you would like to set up your own cut-lines:

Cut lines must be a separate layer on top of your artwork
The cut line layer must be named kiss-cut
Cut lines must be an outline stroke only with no fill

WHAT IS BLEED?

'Bleed' is additional printing of your background to ensure your colour goes from edge to edge when trimmed.

ARTWORK TERMS - FILES SUBMITTED INCORRECTLY

If an uploaded file is not print ready Stickerman will contact you and give you the opportunity to adjust the print file. In the event a file cannot be adjusted by the client Stickerman can make the file print ready at an additional cost of $35 inclusive of GST.

Stickerman cannot be held responsible for any work produced with artwork that is not submitted in line with the artwork terms. By submitting orders with Stickerman you agree that all artwork is provided correctly and hereby release and indemnify Stickerman Australia Pty Ltd from any liability in respect to work affected by failure to comply with the required artwork terms.

Artwork Inclusions:

The artwork price includes x1 artwork design based on the provided information for each version.

Design Proof Process:

You will receive a digital design proof within 48 hours at the email address provided during the order.
Kindly check your email, including spam/junk folders.
No order will progress to production until the design proof has been confirmed via return email.
If no response is received within 45 days, your order will be closed, no refund will be provided after this time.

Revisions:

The price includes x1 round of revisions.
All revisions must be communicated in a single interaction.
An additional design proof will be sent via email for approval.
Artwork revisions will be delivered within 48 hours.
Additional charges will apply for further changes or proofs.
