Print ready files

Print ready files - Only PDF files will be accepted

• When printing is different on each size x1 file must be supplied with x2 artboards.
• All files must be correctly sized.
• All files must include 5mm bleed & printer trim marks.
• All fonts must be converted to outlines, all transparency effects flattened & all images embedded.
• Files are printed in CMYK only, as per industry standard colours may vary up to 5%.
• Recommended image resolution is a minimum of 300dpi.

Design

Download the DESIGN WORKSHEET and submit with any logo and/or image files when placing the order. 

Design Inclusions:

The design price includes x1 design based on the provided information.

Design Proof Process:

• You will receive a digital design proof within 48 hours at the email address provided during the order.
• Kindly check your email, including spam/junk folders.
• No order will progress to production until the design proof has been confirmed via return email.
• If no response is received within 45 days, your order will be closed, no refund will be provided after this time.

Revision Opportunity:

• The price includes x1 round of revisions.
  
• All revisions must be communicated in a single interaction.
• An additional design proof will be sent via email for approval.
• Design revisions will be delivered within 48 hours.
• Additional charges will apply for further changes or proofs.
