For simple adjustments, there's no charge. We'll let you know upfront if more extensive artwork preparation requires a fee. Do I need to supply cut lines? A: No. If needed, we'll create cut lines for you at no charge. Will I see a proof before printing? You can choose whether you'd like to receive a proof when placing your order. If you select this option and artwork changes or adjustments are required, you'll receive a digital proof for approval before we proceed to printing. What is a proof? A proof is a digital preview of exactly how your sticker will look when printed. It shows the final design, colors, sizing, and cut lines, allowing you to review and approve everything before production begins. This ensures the finished product matches your expectations. When will I receive my proof? Your proof will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Please keep an eye on your inbox and check your junk mail folder in case it's filtered there. If you haven't received your proof within this timeframe, please contact us directly. No work will move into production until the proof is approved via return email. What if my logo or image isn't high enough quality? We'll assess your file and let you know if the quality is suitable for printing. What surfaces can these stickers adhere to? Our circle stickers adhere well to most smooth, clean surfaces including glass, metal, plastic, wood, and painted surfaces. For best results, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust or oils before application. Are these stickers removable? While our stickers feature strong permanent adhesive designed for long-lasting application, they can be removed. However, depending on the surface and how long they've been applied, some adhesive residue may remain. They're not designed for repositioning once applied. Will the colors fade over time? All stickers will fade over time depending on UV exposure. Our stickers are printed with genuine Roland eco-sol inks that are UV stable and fade-resistant. The 2-year vinyl has a life expectancy of approximately 2 years and will fade faster as the ink is not protected by lamination. The laminated 5-year vinyl offers significantly greater color protection due to its UV-overlaminate layer, making it the best choice if long-term color vibrancy is essential for your application. Can these stickers withstand exposure to oils and chemicals? Yes, our stickers are oil-resistant, and the laminated 5-year vinyl provides enhanced protection against cleaning chemicals and essential oils. If your stickers will be regularly exposed to harsh chemicals, we strongly recommend choosing the laminated option. What's the minimum or maximum size I can order? The minimum order size for circle stickers is 60x60mm. When you're happy with your design, click "Finish & Continue" to add your sticker to the product page where you can see a preview of your design before ordering.

How do I order after designing my sticker?
Once your design is added to the product page, you'll see a preview of exactly what you'll receive. Select your quantity and add to cart.

Will my sticker look exactly like the preview?
Yes. When you add your sticker to the cart, your design is automatically run through our production converter tool which creates a print-ready file — no manual setup is required on our end. What you see in the designer and on the product page is exactly what you'll receive, so there's no need for a separate design proof.

What font is used for site ID stickers?

What is the Class 2 reflective option?

What is the Class 1 reflective option?

Will reflective vinyl damage my vehicle's paintwork?
Both Class 1 and Class 2 reflective vinyls use a very strong permanent adhesive that can damage vehicle paintwork on removal — even after short-term application. In some cases, reflective vinyl that has been applied for an extended period may become impossible to remove without causing paint damage. We strongly recommend using the optional vinyl underlay if paint protection is a concern.

What is the optional vinyl underlay?
The underlay is an additional piece of standard air-release vinyl placed between the reflective sticker and the vehicle surface. This means contact with the vehicle is made with a standard vinyl adhesive rather than the reflective adhesive directly, significantly reducing the risk of paint damage on removal. The air-release construction also makes the sticker easier to apply. Please note that while the underlay greatly reduces the risk of paint damage, Stickerman cannot guarantee it will completely protect your paintwork in all circumstances — external weather factors, vehicle paint condition, and the length of time the sticker has been applied can all affect the outcome.

Are site ID stickers waterproof?
Yes. All material options are fully waterproof and UV stable, designed for long-term outdoor use in harsh construction and mining environments.

Are site ID stickers removable?
Non-reflective stickers feature standard permanent adhesive and can be removed, though the vinyl will not be reusable. Reflective stickers use a significantly stronger adhesive and may cause paint damage on removal — see the underlay information above for details.

How do I apply site ID stickers?
Ensure your vehicle surface is clean, dry, and free from wax, grease, or grime before application. Position the sticker on the desired surface and apply firm, even pressure from the centre outward to ensure full adhesion. Detailed application instructions are included with your order.

Site ID stickers are produced within 48 hours on business days (Monday – Friday). If a layout proof has been requested, production begins once the proof has been approved via return email.

When will my order be shipped?
We ship every Tuesday and Thursday when our local postie collects from us. Your order will be dispatched on the next available collection day after production is complete.
