What is the difference between builder signs, corflute signs, and ACM signs?
Builder signs are corflute signs specifically designed for construction site use — available in catalogue format with standard layouts or as fully custom designs. Standard corflute signs are a versatile, lightweight option for any temporary or short to medium-term outdoor signage need. ACM signs are rigid aluminium composite panels suited to permanent or long-term installations where a more substantial, professional finish is required. For most job site applications, corflute is the practical and cost-effective choice.
What reflective site ID options are available?
Site ID stickers are available in non-reflective vinyl, Class 2 reflective, and Class 1 reflective formats. Class 2 uses enclosed lens retroreflective technology for consistent day and night visibility. Class 1 uses 3M Diamond Grade™ prismatic technology, returning nearly double the light of Class 2 — the preferred choice for mining sites, high-traffic environments, and anywhere maximum visibility is critical. Class 1 reflective materials are AS/NZS 1906.1 approved.
How do I mount corflute signs on site?
Corflute signs can be mounted using wire stakes or ground spikes for freestanding installation in grass or soft ground, attached to temporary fencing with cable ties, or fixed to hard surfaces using appropriate fasteners. Are these products suitable for outdoor and site conditions?
Yes — all products in this range are made from outdoor-grade materials. Corflute and ACM signs use UV stable inks and weather-resistant substrates. Reflective vinyl is rated for 7–12 years outdoors depending on the class. Vehicle stickers use UV stable Roland eco-sol inks on durable outdoor vinyl. All products are designed to handle the conditions typical of Australian construction and work site environments.
Do I need to supply artwork?
It depends on the product. Catalogue builder signs, tare weight stickers, and site ID stickers use a text entry or fixed layout process — no artwork file required. Custom builder signs, corflute signs, ACM signs, bollard signs, ute tray decals, and vehicle door stickers require artwork to be supplied or created. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred, though high-resolution PNG or JPG at 300 DPI minimum are also accepted. Full requirements are on each individual product page.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes — a proof option is available across all products in this range. For compliance products such as site ID and tare weight stickers, we strongly recommend requesting a proof to confirm all details are correct before production begins. No order proceeds to production until the proof is approved via return email.
How long do these products take to produce and how are they shipped?
Production times vary by product. Compliance stickers including site ID and tare weight are produced within 48 hours. Corflute and ACM signs take 3–5 business days. Builder signs take 3–5 business days. Bollard signs and A-frames take 5–7 business days. Vehicle door stickers and ute tray decals take 3–5 business days.
