What artwork files do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are best for the sharpest results. High-resolution PNG or JPG files also work well, provided they're clear and at least 300 DPI at the final print size. For large format banners, please ensure your artwork is set up at the correct dimensions or supplied at a scale with sufficient resolution for the final print size.

What is vector artwork?
Vector files are created using paths rather than pixels, which means they can be scaled to any size without losing quality. This makes them ideal for large format printing where raster files can lose sharpness when scaled up.

Can you fix or set up my artwork?
We offer a "Make My File Print Ready" service that includes resizing, adding bleed, and preparing your file for production — with no changes to your actual artwork. If your design needs modifications or corrections, please contact us for a custom quote.

Will I see a proof before printing?
When placing your order, you'll select whether you have print-ready files, need file setup assistance, or need a new file created. Based on your selection, you'll see how many design proofs are included. If you have print-ready artwork and request a proof, we'll send you a digital proof for approval. We won't make adjustments to your artwork unless you've selected one of our file setup options. If your file isn't set up correctly, we'll notify you before proceeding.

What is a proof?
A proof is a digital preview of exactly how your banner will look when printed. It shows the final design, colours, sizing, and layout, allowing you to review and approve everything before production begins.

When will I receive my proof?
Your proof will be emailed within 24–48 hours of placing your order. Please check your junk mail folder in case it's filtered there. If you haven't received it within this timeframe, contact us directly. No work will move into production until the proof is approved via return email.

What if my logo or image isn't high enough quality?
We'll assess your file and let you know if the quality is suitable for printing. For large format banners, lower resolution files may still be acceptable depending on the finished size and typical viewing distance. We'll advise you if there are any concerns before proceeding.

What sizes are available?
Outdoor banners are produced to your custom dimensions — simply supply the width and height you need. The maximum height is 1200mm. There is no fixed minimum size. For banners larger than standard sizing or double-sided printing, please contact us directly for a custom quote.

What finish options are available?
Three finish options are available:
Unfinished with Eyelets — the banner is printed and eyelets are added at the edges without any hemming. A cost-effective option for short-term or temporary use.

Welded Hems 4 Sides with Eyelets — the banner is finished with welded hems on all four sides and eyelets added throughout. The hemmed edge reinforces the banner perimeter for a clean, professional finish that is more durable and better suited to regular or long-term outdoor use.

What is a welded hem?
A welded hem is created by folding the edge of the banner material over and heat-welding it to form a reinforced border around the entire perimeter. This strengthens the edges, prevents fraying, and gives the banner a professional, finished appearance. It also helps distribute the tension when the banner is hung, extending its lifespan significantly compared to an unfinished edge.

Are ropes included?
No — ropes are not included with any finish option. You will need to supply your own ropes, bungee cords, or cable ties to hang or secure your banner.

What material are the banners printed on?
Outdoor banners are printed on 610gsm outdoor polyester material. This heavy-duty material is waterproof, UV resistant, and built to perform in demanding outdoor environments including sun, wind, and rain.

Are these banners suitable for outdoor use?
Yes — these banners are specifically designed for outdoor use. The 610gsm polyester material is UV resistant and fully waterproof, making them suitable for building sites, markets, events, trade shows, and general outdoor signage. For extended permanent outdoor installation, welded hems with eyelets are strongly recommended for maximum durability.

Can I get a double-sided banner?
Yes — double-sided banners are available. Please contact us directly for sizing and pricing as these are not available to order through the standard product page.

Can I order a banner larger than 1200mm high?
Yes — oversized banners beyond the standard maximum height are available. Please contact us directly for a custom quote.

How long does it take to produce outdoor banners?
All outdoor banners — regardless of finish option — are produced within 10-14 business days from artwork upload or approval.

Who do you use for shipping?
We use local couriers for all outdoor banner deliveries, ensuring reliable and trackable shipping across Australia.

How long will delivery take once my order ships?
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service used. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

If I order multiple different products will my entire order arrive together?
If you order multiple different products, they may be dispatched separately as each item is completed. This means you might receive your order in multiple packages at different times. Each dispatch will be sent with tracking information so you can monitor all your deliveries.
