How do I order my single colour Instagram handle sticker?
Simply enter your Instagram handle in the text field, then select your preferred vinyl colour and font using the colour and font previews further down the product page. If you'd like to see your design before we go to print, select the proof option at checkout.

What happens with sizing?
Our team will proportionally fit your handle into the maximum width of the sticker size you've ordered. If your handle is short, the finished sticker may not extend to the full length ordered. If your handle is long, the text may be condensed or reduced in height to fit within the maximum size. If you have any concerns about how your handle will fit, we recommend selecting a proof at checkout so you can review and approve the sizing before production begins.

Will I see a proof before production?
You have the option to receive a digital proof before we begin production by selecting it when placing your order. Your proof will be emailed within 24–48 hours, and no work will move into production until it's approved via return email.

Materials & Durability

Are social media stickers waterproof?
Yes. Our marine-grade vinyl is designed for long-term outdoor use, including saltwater environments.

How long do they last?
The single colour cut vinyl option lasts up to 5–7 years outdoors. The full colour printed and laminated Instagram symbol lasts up to 5 years outdoors. Actual lifespan can vary depending on UV exposure, surface colour (dark surfaces absorb more heat), and storage conditions.

What surfaces can they stick to?
They adhere best to car and vehicle paintwork, glass, aluminium, smooth plastics, fibreglass, and smooth gelcoat. They are not recommended for plaster walls as removal may damage the surface. They also do not stick well to rough textured surfaces, oxidised or chalky paint, or silicone-treated areas.

Will they damage my vehicle when removed?
No. Quality marine vinyl can be removed without damaging vehicle paintwork or glass when done correctly. Gentle heat (like a hair dryer) helps soften the adhesive for clean removal. Avoid applying to plaster walls or other porous surfaces where removal may cause damage.

How long does it take to produce social media stickers?
Standard production time is within 48 hours on business days from order confirmation and artwork approval.

When will my order be shipped?
We ship every Tuesday and Thursday when our local postie collects from us. Your order will be dispatched on the next available collection day after production is complete.

Can you rush my order if it's urgent?
Yes! We can produce stickers faster than our standard turnaround time if you have urgent requirements. Please contact us directly to discuss your timeline and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Who do you use for shipping?
We use Australia Post for all our sticker deliveries, ensuring reliable and trackable shipping across Australia.

How long will delivery take once my order ships?
Delivery times depend on your location and the Australia Post service used. Standard Australia Post delivery typically takes 2–6 business days for metro areas and 3–10 business days for regional areas. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping options are available at checkout.

Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes, you'll receive shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is collected by Australia Post on our scheduled Tuesday or Thursday pickup.

If I order multiple different products will my entire order arrive together?
If you order multiple different products, they may be dispatched separately as each item is completed. This means you might receive your order in multiple packages at different times. Each dispatch will be sent with tracking information so you can monitor all your deliveries.
