What is the difference between Class 1 and Class 2 reflective materials?
Class 2 reflective uses enclosed lens retroreflective technology for consistent day and night visibility — suitable for most commercial and fleet applications. Class 1 reflective uses Diamond Grade prismatic technology, returning nearly double the light of Class 2 for maximum visibility at greater distances and in more challenging conditions. Class 1 is the preferred option where visibility is critical, such as emergency vehicles, mining sites, and high-traffic environments.
What file types do you accept for these products?
File requirements vary by product. Some products in this collection use a fixed font and layout — customers simply enter their text and select a colour. For products that accept custom artwork, vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are preferred, though high-resolution PNG or JPG files of at least 300 DPI are also accepted. Can I get a proof before production?
Yes — most products in this range include a proof option. Given the compliance nature of these products, we strongly recommend requesting a proof to confirm all details are correct before production begins. No work moves into production until the proof is approved via return email.
