What are Roll Labels?
Roll Labels are professional synthetic labels supplied on rolls with a 76mm diameter core. They're printed in full colour and designed for product labeling applications, perfect for cosmetics, toiletries, food and beverage, and other products requiring durable, moisture-resistant labels.
What file type do I need?
Our preferred file format is PDF for the best print results. Other file types may also be accepted depending on the product ordered. Detailed file requirements can be found on each product page.
What shapes are available?
We offer Circle, Square, Rectangle, Custom Shape, Clear, and Metallic roll labels.
Can I order custom sizes?
Yes. Circle, Square, and Rectangle labels come in set sizes, but you can contact us for a quote on custom sizes. Clear and Metallic labels offer both set sizes and custom sizing — simply select the closest larger size from the dropdown and enter your required measurements.
What's the difference between Roll Labels and vinyl stickers?
Roll Labels are made from synthetic material, which is more rigid and doesn't stretch, making them ideal for flat product surfaces where precision matters. The print quality is excellent, especially for tiny text. Vinyl stickers have flexibility and are better for curved surfaces and outdoor UV exposure. Roll labels are not UV stable, so they're recommended for indoor products or short-term outdoor use.
What finishes are available?
Most roll labels are available in gloss varnish, matte varnish, gloss laminate, or matte laminate. Clear labels are only available with gloss varnish.
Do you offer white ink printing?
Yes — white ink printing is available on Clear and Metallic roll labels, allowing your design to stand out on transparent or metallic backgrounds.
Are Roll Labels waterproof?
Yes — our synthetic roll labels are tear and water-resistant, making them suitable for products exposed to moisture or chemicals.
Can Roll Labels be used on frozen products?
Yes — Roll Labels are suitable for frozen products and can withstand service temperatures from -20°C to 80°C. However, labels must be applied to dry, room temperature products before freezing. Do not apply labels to cold or frozen surfaces.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Roll Labels have a minimum order of 500 labels.
How long do Roll Labels take to produce?
Standard production time is approximately 14 business days. In some circumstances, Roll Labels can be produced faster. If your order is urgent, please contact us directly to confirm availability and turnaround times.
