    FAQs

    Design & Artwork
What artwork files do you accept?
PDF files only are accepted for desktop pull-up banners. All other file formats will not be accepted.

What are the print-ready file requirements?
Please follow these requirements when setting up your artwork:
    • PDF format only — no other file types accepted
    • Correctly sized to the finished dimensions — A4: 210 x 317mm, A3: 300 x 437mm
    • Bleed: No to sides, 5mm to top, 15mm to bottom
    • No printer trim or crop marks — supply the PDF without trim marks
    • All fonts must be converted to outlines
    • All transparency effects flattened and all images embedded
    • Files are printed in CMYK only — as per industry standard, colours may vary up to 5%
    • Minimum recommended image resolution is 300 DPI

Why is there a 15mm bleed at the bottom?
The bottom of the banner is concealed inside the roller base unit when displayed. The 15mm bleed allowance ensures there is sufficient material for the banner to sit correctly in the base without any of your printed design being obscured or lost at the bottom edge.

Can you fix or set up my artwork?
We offer a "Make My File Print Ready" service that includes resizing, adding bleed, and preparing your file for production — with no changes to your actual artwork. If your design needs modifications or corrections, please contact us for a custom quote.

Will I see a proof before printing?
When placing your order, you'll select whether you have print-ready files, need file setup assistance, or need a new file created. Based on your selection, you'll see how many design proofs are included. If you have print-ready artwork and request a proof, we'll send you a digital proof for approval. We won't make adjustments to your artwork unless you've selected one of our file setup options. If your file isn't set up correctly, we'll notify you before proceeding.

    What is a proof?
A proof is a digital preview of exactly how your banner will look when printed. It shows the final design, colours, and sizing, allowing you to review and approve everything before production begins.

When will I receive my proof?
Your proof will be emailed within 24–48 hours of placing your order. Please check your junk mail folder in case it's filtered there. If you haven't received it within this timeframe, contact us directly. No work will move into production until the proof is approved via return email.

What if my logo or image isn't high enough quality?
We'll assess your file and let you know if the quality is suitable for printing. If your artwork is too low resolution, we'll advise you and may be able to help recreate or source a better quality version for a small fee.

    Materials & Finishing
    What sizes are available?
Desktop pull-up banners are available in A4 (210 x 317mm finished) or A3 (300 x 437mm finished). Both sizes feature a silver and chrome roller base.

What material is the banner printed on?
Banners are printed on plasticised paper with a satin finish. This material is waterproof and tear-resistant, making it durable for regular use, transport, and display in a variety of environments.

    What printing method is used?
Banners are printed in full colour CMYK using genuine Roland eco-sol inks, which are UV stable and fade-resistant for long-lasting colour vibrancy.

What does the base look like?
Both A4 and A3 desktop pull-up banners come with a silver and chrome roller base. The base houses the banner when retracted and provides a stable, professional-looking display unit on any desktop surface.

How do I set up and pack down the banner?
Simply pull the banner upward from the base and secure it in position. To pack down, release the banner and allow it to retract back into the base. The compact base makes these easy to transport and store between uses.

    Production Times & Shipping
How long does it take to produce desktop pull-up banners?
Desktop pull-up banners are produced within 2–3 business days from artwork upload or approval.

Can you rush my order if it's urgent?
Yes! Please contact us directly to discuss your timeline and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Who do you use for shipping?
We use Australia Post for all desktop pull-up banner deliveries, ensuring reliable and trackable shipping across Australia.

How long will delivery take once my order ships?
Delivery times depend on your location and the Australia Post service used. Standard delivery typically takes 2–6 business days for metro areas and 3–10 business days for regional areas. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

    Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping options are available through Australia Post. If you need your banner urgently, contact us directly and we can arrange both expedited production and express shipping to meet your deadline.

If I order multiple different products will my entire order arrive together?
If you order multiple different products, they may be dispatched separately as each item is completed. This means you might receive your order in multiple packages at different times. Each dispatch will be sent with tracking information so you can monitor all your deliveries.
