Materials & Finishing

What surfaces can these stickers adhere to? Our circle stickers adhere well to most smooth, clean surfaces including glass, metal, plastic, wood, and painted surfaces. For best results, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust or oils before application. Are these stickers removable? While our stickers feature strong permanent adhesive designed for long-lasting application, they can be removed. However, depending on the surface and how long they've been applied, some adhesive residue may remain. They're not designed for repositioning once applied. Will the colors fade over time? All stickers will fade over time depending on UV exposure. Our stickers are printed with genuine Roland eco-sol inks that are UV stable and fade-resistant. The 2-year vinyl has a life expectancy of approximately 2 years and will fade faster as the ink is not protected by lamination. The laminated 5-year vinyl offers significantly greater color protection due to its UV-overlaminate layer, making it the best choice if long-term color vibrancy is essential for your application. Can these stickers withstand exposure to oils and chemicals? Yes, our stickers are oil-resistant, and the laminated 5-year vinyl provides enhanced protection against cleaning chemicals and essential oils. If your stickers will be regularly exposed to harsh chemicals, we strongly recommend choosing the laminated option. What's the minimum or maximum size I can order? The minimum order size for circle stickers is 60x60mm. If you need stickers smaller than this, please use our 'Sheet Stickers' product or if you need them to be smaller and cut as singles contact us for a custom quote. How do I care for items with these stickers on them? Our stickers are dishwasher safe and can handle regular cleaning. For hand-washing, simply clean as you normally would. The single-sided flag is printed on one layer of woven polyester — printing shows through in mirror on the reverse. The double-sided flag is two layers of polyester silk shade sewn together for sharper, more vibrant results visible from both sides with no show-through. All poles are 100% interlockable fibreglass, include a carry bag, and come with a 12-month warranty.

What sizes are available?
Teardrop banner flags are available in three sizes:
• Small — 2.17m total height, flag face 1910 x 600mm
• Medium — 3.34m total height, flag face 3030 x 760mm
• Large — 4.9m total height, flag face 3910 x 820mm

What is the difference between the feather and teardrop shape?
The feather (or bow) shape has a classic flag profile — wider at the top and tapering toward the bottom, with a curved outer edge. The teardrop shape is more rounded and symmetrical. Both shapes are available in the same sizes, materials, and print options — the choice comes down to personal preference and which shape best suits your brand or display environment.

What is the difference between single and double sided printing?
The single-sided flag is made from one layer of woven polyester. Printing is on one side only — the design is visible in mirror effect on the reverse side. This is the more cost-effective option and works well for most outdoor applications.

The double-sided flag is made from two layers of polyester silk shade material sewn together. This eliminates show-through and produces a sharp, vibrant result visible from both sides — ideal for high-visibility applications or where the reverse of the flag will be clearly seen.

What are the poles made from?
All flag poles are 100% interlockable fibreglass. Fibreglass poles are lightweight, flexible, and durable — they bend in the wind rather than snapping, making them ideal for outdoor use. Each pole comes with a carry bag and a 12-month warranty.

Is a base included?
No — this product does not include a base. Bases must be ordered separately from our flag products range. Please ensure you select the appropriate base for your intended installation surface before ordering.

What base options are available?

Are these flags suitable for outdoor use?
Yes — teardrop banner flags are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. The fibreglass pole is flexible and wind-resistant, and the polyester flag material is suitable for outdoor conditions. However, banner flags are not a permanent outdoor signage solution — with regular outdoor use, a lifespan of 12–24 months can be expected depending on weather conditions, UV exposure, and how frequently the flag is used and stored. Bringing flags inside when not in use and during extreme weather will help extend their lifespan.
