Clear, durable, and purpose-built for bollards — our custom printed corflute bollard signs fit directly over standard bollards and stay in place with plastic tabs. At 1 metre tall with three 300mm wide faces, they give you 360-degree visibility for directions, warnings, promotions, or any message that needs to be seen from every angle.

All three faces are printed on a single scored corflute sheet that folds cleanly into shape — simply supply one or up to three different designs and we'll do the rest. Printed direct-to-face in full colour CMYK using UV stable, weather-resistant inks. A template is available to download for artwork setup.

FAQs

Design & Artwork
What artwork files do you accept?
PDF files only are accepted for bollard signs. All other file formats will not be accepted.

Is there a template available?
Yes — download the artwork template (992x1000_bollard_signs_template.pdf) from the product page. Before submitting your file, delete the layer named "Artwork Guideline" and ensure the layers named "CUT" and "CREASE" remain in the file. These layers are required for production.

What are the print-ready file requirements?
Please follow these requirements when setting up your artwork:
• PDF format only — no other file types accepted
• Correctly sized to 992 x 1000mm
• Minimum 2mm bleed on all sides, printer trim marks must be included
• All fonts must be converted to outlines
• All transparency effects flattened and all images embedded
• Files are printed in CMYK only — as per industry standard, colours may vary up to 5%
• Minimum recommended image resolution is 300 DPI

Can I have a different design on each face?
Yes — all three faces are printed on a single sheet of corflute which is then scored and folded into shape. If you want a different design on each face, supply a single PDF file with two artboards — one for each unique design layout across the sheet. If all three faces carry the same design, a single artboard is sufficient. The template shows how the three faces are laid out across the sheet.

Can you fix or set up my artwork?
We offer a "Make My File Print Ready" service that includes resizing, adding bleed, and preparing your file for production — with no changes to your actual artwork. If your design needs modifications or corrections, please contact us for a custom quote.

Will I see a proof before printing?
When placing your order, you'll select whether you have print-ready files, need file setup assistance, or need a new file created. Based on your selection, you'll see how many design proofs are included. If you have print-ready artwork and request a proof, we'll send you a digital proof for approval. We won't make adjustments to your artwork unless you've selected one of our file setup options. If your file isn't set up correctly, we'll notify you before proceeding.

What is a proof?
A proof is a digital preview of exactly how your bollard sign will look when printed and folded. It shows the final design, colours, and layout across all three faces, allowing you to review and approve everything before production begins.

When will I receive my proof?
Your proof will be emailed within 24–48 hours of placing your order. Please check your junk mail folder in case it's filtered there. If you haven't received it within this timeframe, contact us directly. No work will move into production until the proof is approved via return email.

What if my logo or image isn't high enough quality?
We'll assess your file and let you know if the quality is suitable for printing. If your artwork is too low resolution, we'll advise you and may be able to help recreate or source a better quality version for a small fee.

Product & Construction
What are the dimensions of the bollard sign?
Each bollard sign is 1 metre tall with three faces, each 300mm wide. The sign wraps around a standard bollard to provide 360-degree visibility.

How is the bollard sign constructed?
The sign is printed on a single sheet of 5mm corflute which is scored at the fold lines and bent into a three-sided shape. Plastic tabs hold the sign securely in place around the bollard. The scoring ensures clean, accurate folds without cracking the material.

What material is used?
Bollard signs are made from 5mm corrugated plastic (corflute) panel — lightweight, rigid, and weather-resistant.

What printing method is used?
Signs are printed direct-to-face in full colour CMYK using premium UV stable inks, delivering vibrant, sharp colour and crisp detail across all three faces.

Are bollard signs suitable for outdoor use?
Yes — bollard signs are water-resistant and UV stable, making them well suited to outdoor use in Australian weather conditions.

What size bollard do these fit?
These signs are designed to fit standard bollards. If you have an unusually sized bollard, please contact us before ordering to confirm compatibility.

Are the plastic tabs included?
Yes — plastic tabs to secure the sign to the bollard are included with every order.

Production Times & Shipping
How long does it take to produce bollard signs?
Bollard signs are produced and dispatched within 3 business days from artwork upload or approval.

Can you rush my order if it's urgent?
Yes! Please contact us directly to discuss your timeline and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Who do you use for shipping?
We use local couriers for all bollard sign deliveries, ensuring reliable and trackable shipping across Australia.

How long will delivery take once my order ships?
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service used. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

If I order multiple different products will my entire order arrive together?
If you order multiple different products, they may be dispatched separately as each item is completed. This means you might receive your order in multiple packages at different times. Each dispatch will be sent with tracking information so you can monitor all your deliveries.
