What artwork files do you accept?
Clear stickers require vector files only (AI, EPS, SVG). This allows us to accurately place the white ink layer where needed for optimal colour vibrancy.

What is vector artwork?
Vector files are created using paths rather than pixels, which means they can be scaled to any size without losing quality. This gives you sharper prints and cleaner cut lines compared to raster images like JPG or PNG.

What if I don't have a vector file?
If your artwork isn't in vector format, see our "Convert My File To Vector" product. We can convert your design to a vector file suitable for clear sticker printing.

Can I use Canva to create my design?
Yes — simply download your file as a SVG with a transparent background. Note: Canva may export some images or certain elements as JPG rather than vector. We'll notify you if this affects your file quality and discuss options before printing.

Do I need to add the white ink layer myself?
No — we'll add the white ink layer to your vector files at no cost. However, if you prefer to set it up yourself, visit the artwork help section on the product page for instructions on how to add the white ink layer correctly.

What is a white ink underlay?
A white ink underlay is a layer of opaque white ink printed beneath your design colours. This ensures your colours appear vibrant and true-to-design, even on dark or coloured surfaces. You can choose a full underlay (white ink beneath your entire design) or a sectional underlay (white ink only in specific areas, leaving other parts transparent).

Can you fix or set up my artwork?
For print-ready vector files (AI, EPS, SVG), we add white ink layers and cut lines at no cost. For files needing resizing, bleed, or setup work, we offer a "Make My File Print Ready" service.

Do I need to supply cut lines?
No. If needed, we'll create cut lines for you at no charge.

Will I see a proof before printing?
When placing your order, you'll select whether you have print-ready files, need file setup assistance, or need a new file created. Based on your selection, you'll see how many design proofs are included. For print-ready artwork with a proof requested, we'll add cut lines and the white ink layer but won't make adjustments to your design. If your file isn't set up correctly, we'll notify you so you can make the necessary changes.

What is a proof?
A proof is a digital preview of exactly how your sticker will look when printed. It shows the final design, colors, sizing, cut lines, and white ink layer placement, allowing you to review and approve everything before production begins. This ensures the finished product matches your expectations.

When will I receive my proof?
Your proof will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Please keep an eye on your inbox and check your junk mail folder in case it's filtered there. If you haven't received your proof within this timeframe, please contact us directly. No work will move into production until the proof is approved via return email.

What material are clear custom shape stickers made from?
Clear custom shape stickers are printed on gloss 2-year outdoor vinyl. This transparent vinyl is waterproof, UV stable, and durable for both indoor and outdoor use.

What surfaces can these stickers adhere to?
Clear custom shape stickers adhere well to most smooth, clean surfaces including glass, metal, plastic, wood, and painted surfaces. They look particularly striking on windows, glass bottles, jars, mirrors, and any surface where you want the transparency to be a feature of the design. For best results, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust or oils before application.

Are these stickers removable?
While our stickers feature strong permanent adhesive designed for long-lasting application, they can be removed. However, depending on the surface and how long they've been applied, some adhesive residue may remain. They're not designed for repositioning once applied.

How does the white ink affect the appearance?
The white ink underlay determines how opaque and vibrant your colours appear. A full white ink underlay makes your design completely opaque with bold, vibrant colours — ideal for dark or variable surfaces. A sectional white ink underlay allows you to selectively choose which parts have the white base and which remain transparent, creating a mix of opaque and see-through elements in your design.

Will the colors fade over time?
All stickers will fade over time depending on UV exposure. Our stickers are printed with genuine Roland eco-sol inks that are UV stable and fade-resistant. Clear stickers are printed on 2-year vinyl and have a life expectancy of approximately 2 years outdoors. In high-UV environments, stickers will gradually fade over time.

Can these stickers withstand exposure to oils and chemicals?
Clear stickers are not recommended for regular exposure to harsh chemicals or essential oils as they are not laminated. They are water-resistant and suitable for general moisture exposure, but for products requiring protection against oils, chemicals, or essential oils, we recommend our laminated vinyl stickers instead.

What's the minimum or maximum size I can order?
The minimum order size for clear custom shape stickers is 60x60mm. If you need stickers smaller than this, please see our Clear Sticker Sheets product, or if you need them smaller and cut as singles, contact us for a custom quote.

How do I care for items with these stickers on them?
Clear stickers are not dishwasher safe. For cleaning, hand-wash items gently and avoid using abrasive scrubbers directly on the sticker surface to maintain the best appearance over time.

We use Australia Post for all our clear sticker deliveries, ensuring reliable and trackable shipping across Australia.

Delivery times depend on your location and the Australia Post service used. Standard Australia Post delivery typically takes 2-6 business days for metro areas and 3-10 business days for regional areas. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping options are available through Australia Post. If you need your stickers urgently, contact us directly and we can arrange both expedited production and express shipping to meet your deadline.

Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes, you'll receive shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is collected by Australia Post on our scheduled Tuesday or Thursday pickup.

If I order multiple different products will my entire order arrive together?
If you order multiple different products, they may be dispatched separately as each item is completed. This means you might receive your order in multiple packages at different times. Each dispatch will be sent with tracking information so you can monitor all your deliveries.
