This product features a multiple QR code files and additional variable data if required.  Examples would be for equipment specifications, building materials and locations.

Adding a Logo

Preferred file type is PDF but accepted files include JPG, PNG, EPS, AI 

  • All files must be correctly sized.
  • All files must include 2mm bleed if colour is to the edge of the sticker. 
  • All fonts must be converted to outlines, all transparency effects flattened & all images embedded.
  • Files are printed in CMYK only, as per industry standard colours may vary up to 5%.
  • Recommended image resolution is a minimum of 300dpi.

Layout Proof

One layout proof is included with your order.  A layout proof is a digital copy of your ordered stickers sent via email. The design will be created using the text, font & colour as ordered.

 Design Proof Process:

  • You will receive a digital design proof within 48 hours at the email address provided during the order.
  • Kindly check your email, including spam/junk folders.
  • No order will progress to production until the design proof has been confirmed via return email.
  • If additional changes and proofs are required additional charges will apply.

Includes:

  • Minor re-size
  • Adding bleed if required
  • Setting up to print-ready PDF

Revisions:

  • The price includes x1 round of revisions.
  • All revisions must be communicated in a single interaction.
  • An additional design proof will be sent via email for approval.
  • Artwork revisions will be delivered within 48 hours.
  • Additional charges will apply for further changes or proofs.

Excludes:

  • Layout changes
  • Changing or adding any text or image
