Keep your site compliant and your vehicles correctly identified with our custom site ID stickers. Available in non-reflective, Class 2, and Class 1 reflective vinyl. These stickers are built for construction and mining environments where visibility and durability are non-negotiable.
All stickers are produced in Helvetica Neue Condensed Bold and supplied ready to install as a single sticker with all characters correctly spaced. Simply peel and stick.
For reflective options, we strongly recommend adding the optional vinyl underlay to protect your vehicle's paintwork on removal — reflective adhesives are significantly stronger than standard vinyl and can cause paint damage without it.

Can I get a layout proof before production?
Yes — you have the option to receive a layout proof before we begin production by selecting it when placing your order. The proof will be emailed within 48 hours on business days and shows the final layout, sizing, and specifications so you can review and approve everything before production begins. No work will move into production until the proof is approved via return email.
What if I don't request a proof?
If no layout proof is requested, Stickerman will take no responsibility for incorrect sizing or layout specifications. We strongly recommend requesting a proof if you have any uncertainty about your order details.
Are stickers supplied ready to install?
Yes — all site ID stickers are supplied as a single sticker with all characters correctly spaced and ready to install. Simply peel and stick — no additional assembly required.
Materials & Durability
Site ID stickers are available in three material options — non-reflective, Class 2 reflective, and Class 1 reflective — to suit different compliance and visibility requirements.
What is the non-reflective option?
Non-reflective site ID stickers are cut from premium marine-grade pre-coloured vinyl — the highest rated vinyl for withstanding excessive UV exposure and heat. Up to 8 years outdoor durability.
What is the Class 2 reflective option?
Class 2 reflective stickers are produced with Engineer Grade enclosed lens retroreflective vinyl. Omni-directional technology provides consistent performance in different orientations and delivers uniform day and night visibility.
What is the Class 1 reflective option?
Class 1 reflective stickers are produced with Diamond Grade prismatic retroreflective vinyl, constructed from prismatic optical lenses for optimal performance. Key features include:
• AS/NZS 1906.1 approved
• Full cube corner technology for outstanding performance at every angle and viewing distance
• Highly fluorescent layer for extra visibility in daylight and twilight
• Optimal performance in challenging environments and weather conditions
• Wider light distribution increases visibility for truck and larger vehicle drivers
Keep your site compliant and your vehicles correctly identified with our custom site ID stickers. Available in non-reflective, Class 2, and Class 1 reflective vinyl — including AS/NZS 1906.1 approved options — these stickers are built for construction and mining environments where visibility and durability are non-negotiable.
Will reflective vinyl damage my vehicle's paintwork?
Both Class 1 and Class 2 reflective vinyls use a very strong permanent adhesive that can damage vehicle paintwork on removal — even after short-term application. In some cases, reflective vinyl that has been applied for an extended period may become impossible to remove without causing paint damage. We strongly recommend using the optional vinyl underlay if paint protection is a concern.
What is the optional vinyl underlay?
The underlay is an additional piece of standard air-release vinyl placed between the reflective sticker and the vehicle surface. This means contact with the vehicle is made with a standard vinyl adhesive rather than the reflective adhesive directly, significantly reducing the risk of paint damage on removal. The air-release construction also makes the sticker easier to apply. Please note that while the underlay greatly reduces the risk of paint damage, Stickerman cannot guarantee it will completely protect your paintwork in all circumstances — external weather factors, vehicle paint condition, and the length of time the sticker has been applied can all affect the outcome.
Are site ID stickers waterproof?
Yes. All material options are fully waterproof and UV stable, designed for long-term outdoor use in harsh construction and mining environments.
Are site ID stickers removable?
Non-reflective stickers feature standard permanent adhesive and can be removed, though the vinyl will not be reusable. Reflective stickers use a significantly stronger adhesive and may cause paint damage on removal — see the underlay information above for details.
How do I apply site ID stickers?
Ensure your vehicle surface is clean, dry, and free from wax, grease, or grime before application. Position the sticker on the desired surface and apply firm, even pressure from the centre outward to ensure full adhesion. Detailed application instructions are included with your order.
