What is the "I have artwork" option?
If you have your own artwork ready, select "I have artwork" — you'll be taken directly to our free online Clear Sticker Designer where you can upload your file, preview your sticker at exact dimensions, and prepare it for production. The white ink layer is automatically applied beneath your design in the designer. No proof is required as what you see in the designer is exactly what will be produced.

What artwork files can I upload into the designer?
The designer accepts SVG files and PNG files with a transparent background. SVG is a vector format that gives the sharpest results and most accurate white ink placement. PNG with a transparent background is also accepted — ensure your file is at least 300 DPI at the final print size for best results.

Can I use Canva to create my design?
Yes — download your file from Canva as an SVG or as a PNG with a transparent background. Note: Canva may export some images or certain elements as JPG rather than vector paths when using SVG. If this affects your file quality, try exporting as a PNG with transparent background instead, or contact us for assistance before proceeding.

Does the white ink layer get added automatically?
Yes — when you upload your file into the designer, the white ink underlay is automatically applied beneath your design at no cost. You don't need to set this up yourself.

What is a white ink underlay?
A white ink underlay is a layer of opaque white ink printed beneath your design colours. Without it, colours printed directly onto clear vinyl can appear washed out or transparent. The white ink ensures your colours print vibrantly and accurately regardless of the surface the sticker is applied to.

What is the "Design it for me" option?
If you don't have suitable artwork or your design needs more complex setup, select "Design it for me" — the design service will be added to your cart. Simply describe your sticker in the brief field provided, including any text, colours, and logo or layout details. If you have files to share such as a logo, email them to us after ordering with your order number in the subject line.

What does the Design it for me service include?
The design service includes a basic layout using your supplied text or logo, simple lettering or standard sticker layouts, white ink layer setup, and two design proofs for amendments and approvals. It does not include logo design or illustration, complex graphics or branding work, or multiple design concepts. More complex artwork will be custom quoted before work begins.

What if I need complex white ink setup or have a more involved design?
For designs requiring selective white ink placement — where only specific areas show the metallic or transparent effect — or for complex multi-layer artwork, please contact us before ordering and we'll advise on the best approach or provide a custom quote.

A full white ink underlay makes your design completely opaque with bold, vibrant colours — ideal for dark or variable surfaces. A sectional white ink underlay allows you to selectively choose which parts have the white base and which remain transparent, creating a mix of opaque and see-through elements in your design.

Will the colors fade over time?
All stickers will fade over time depending on UV exposure. Our stickers are printed with genuine Roland eco-sol inks that are UV stable and fade-resistant. Clear stickers are printed on 2-year vinyl and have a life expectancy of approximately 2 years outdoors. In high-UV environments, stickers will gradually fade over time.

Can these stickers withstand exposure to oils and chemicals?
Clear stickers are not recommended for regular exposure to harsh chemicals or essential oils as they are not laminated. They are water-resistant and suitable for general moisture exposure, but for products requiring protection against oils, chemicals, or essential oils, we recommend our laminated vinyl stickers instead.

What's the minimum or maximum size I can order?
The minimum order size for clear square with rounded corner stickers is 60x60mm. If you need stickers smaller than this, please see our Clear Sticker Sheets product, or if you need them smaller and cut as singles, contact us for a custom quote.

How do I care for items with these stickers on them?
Clear stickers are not dishwasher safe. For cleaning, hand-wash items gently and avoid using abrasive scrubbers directly on the sticker surface to maintain the best appearance over time.

Yes, express shipping options are available through Australia Post. If you need your stickers urgently, contact us directly and we can arrange both expedited production and express shipping to meet your deadline.

Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes, you'll receive shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is collected by Australia Post on our scheduled Tuesday or Thursday pickup.

If I order multiple different products will my entire order arrive together?
If you order multiple different products, they may be dispatched separately as each item is completed. This means you might receive your order in multiple packages at different times. Each dispatch will be sent with tracking information so you can monitor all your deliveries.
