What artwork files do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are best for the sharpest results. High-resolution PNG or JPG files also work well, provided they're clear and at least 300 DPI at the final print size.

What is vector artwork?
Vector files are created using paths rather than pixels, which means they can be scaled to any size without losing quality. This gives you sharper prints and cleaner results compared to raster images like JPG or PNG.

What if I don't have artwork?
We offer a flat rate design service for simple layout creation. This includes basic layout using your specifications and includes two design proofs. If your design is more complex, please contact us for a custom quote.

Can you fix or set up my artwork?
We offer a "Make My File Print Ready" service that includes resizing, adding bleed, and preparing your file for production — with no changes to your actual artwork. If your design needs modifications or corrections, please contact us for a custom quote.

What does "I Have Print-Ready Artwork" mean?
This option is for files that are ready to go straight to production with no changes needed. Your file is considered print-ready if the artwork is supplied at final size, includes bleed, and all text is converted to outlines. If no proof is requested, print-ready files will proceed straight to production.

What if my logo or image isn't high enough quality?
We'll assess your file and let you know if the quality is suitable for printing. If your artwork is too low resolution, we'll advise you and may be able to help recreate or source a better quality version for a small fee.

Will I see a proof before production?
When placing your order, you'll select whether you have print-ready files, need file setup assistance, or need a new file created. Based on your selection, you'll see how many design proofs are included. For print-ready artwork with a proof requested, we'll prepare your file and send a digital proof for approval but won't make changes to your design. If your file isn't set up correctly, we'll notify you so you can make the necessary changes.

What is a proof?
A proof is a digital preview of exactly how your ride share sticker will look. It shows the final design, sizing, colours, and layout, allowing you to review and approve everything before production begins.

When will I receive my proof?
Your proof will be emailed within 24–48 hours of placing your order. Please check your junk mail folder in case it's filtered there. If you haven't received it within this timeframe, contact us directly. No work will move into production until the proof is approved via return email.

Is this sticker TMR compliant?
Yes — this sticker is designed to meet all Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) requirements for Queensland ride-booking vehicle identification signage, helping drivers avoid penalties while providing clear identification for passengers and authorities.

What size is the sticker?
The sticker is supplied as a 146x146mm square as required by TMR. Custom sizes and shapes are not available for this product.

Is this sticker compatible with all ride share platforms?
Yes — the sticker prominently displays your booking entity's name, logo, or trademark and is compatible with all ride share platforms.

What are the visibility requirements?
The sticker uses retroreflective material and is designed to be clearly visible from at least 20 metres away in any lighting condition — day or night.

What material is the sticker made from?
Ride share vehicle identification stickers are printed in full colour using genuine Roland eco-sol UV stable inks onto premium self-adhesive vinyl. The retroreflective material ensures high visibility in all lighting conditions.

Is the sticker weatherproof?
Yes — the vinyl and inks are fully waterproof and UV stable, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Is the sticker removable?
This sticker features permanent adhesive designed for long-lasting inside-window application. While it can be removed, the vinyl will not be reusable.

How do I apply the sticker?
Clean your window surface thoroughly and ensure it is dry and free from any cleaning product residue before application. Position the sticker on the inside of the window and apply firm, even pressure to ensure full adhesion. Detailed application instructions are included with your order.

How long does it take to produce ride share stickers?
Standard production time is approximately 3 business days from order confirmation and artwork approval.

When will my order be shipped?
We ship every Tuesday and Thursday when our local postie collects from us. Your order will be dispatched on the next available collection day after production is complete.

Can you rush my order if it's urgent?
Yes! Please contact us directly to discuss your timeline and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Who do you use for shipping?
We use Australia Post for all deliveries, ensuring reliable and trackable shipping across Australia.

How long will delivery take once my order ships?
Delivery times depend on your location and the Australia Post service used. Standard delivery typically takes 2–6 business days for metro areas and 3–10 business days for regional areas. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping is available and can be selected at checkout. If you need your sticker urgently, contact us directly and we can also arrange expedited production to meet your deadline.

Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes, you'll receive shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is collected by Australia Post on our scheduled Tuesday or Thursday pickup.
