Yes — all products in this range require artwork to be supplied or created. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred for banners, flags, and signage. High-resolution PNG or JPG files at a minimum of 300 DPI are also accepted. If you need a design created from scratch or your file set up for print, we offer design services on each product page.

Yes — a digital proof is available for all products in this range. You will receive your proof within 24–48 hours of placing your order. No order will proceed to production until the proof is approved via return email.

Most flag and banner products include hardware as part of the product — poles, bases, and carry bags where applicable. Some products offer hardware options or sell bases and pole sets separately. It depends on the product. Teardrop flags, feather flags, shop front flags, and outdoor banners are specifically designed for exterior use and are made from materials suited to outdoor conditions. Pull-up banners and desktop banners are designed for indoor use. Market stall banners are suitable for covered outdoor environments. Production times vary by product. Pull-up banners are generally produced in 3–5 business days. Flags are produced in 5–7 business days. Stubby coolers and drink coasters take 7–14 business days. All products ship via local couriers once production is complete. If you have an urgent requirement, please contact us directly to discuss your timeline.
