Use the free online QR Code Sheet Designer on this product page. You can either create your QR code directly in the designer, or upload your own pre-generated QR code file. Once your design is ready, you'll see it laid out on the sheet at the quantity and size you've selected. What you see in the designer is exactly what will be produced — no proof is required.

Can I create my QR code in the designer?
Yes — enter your URL or destination and the designer will generate your QR code automatically. From there you can add a logo to the centre of the code, choose your QR code colour and background colour, and add a text label beneath the code.

Can I upload my own QR code instead?
Yes — if you have a pre-generated QR code file, you can upload it directly into the designer. You'll be able to see your design laid out on the sheet with cut lines at your chosen size and quantity, but the uploaded design cannot be edited within the designer. If your file needs changes, update it before uploading.

Can I add my logo to the QR code?
Yes — if you're creating your QR code in the designer, you can add a logo to the centre. Ensure your logo file is clear and high resolution for the best result. Note that adding a logo reduces the visible area of the QR code, so always test your finished code scans correctly before ordering.

Can I choose the colours?
Yes — if you're creating your QR code in the designer, you can choose both the QR code colour and the background colour. Ensure there is sufficient contrast between the code and background for reliable scanning — light code on light background or dark code on dark background can cause scanning issues.

Can I add text to my sticker?

How do I make sure my QR code will scan correctly once printed?
Always test your finished QR code in the designer before ordering by scanning it with your phone. Ensure there is adequate quiet zone (white border) around the code and sufficient contrast between the code and background. We print exactly what is supplied and cannot be responsible for QR codes that don't scan correctly once printed.

What if I need a custom design or something more complex?
If your requirements go beyond the designer's options, please contact us directly before ordering and we'll advise on the best approach or provide a custom quote.

What is the difference between 2-year vinyl and laminated 5-year vinyl?
Our 2-year vinyl is printed directly onto the material without a protective layer. It's ideal for short to medium-term use, indoor applications, or anywhere long outdoor life isn't a priority.

Our laminated 5-year vinyl includes an additional overlaminate layer applied over the print, giving you significantly better protection against UV fading, scratches, scuffs, and general wear. It's the recommended choice for outdoor use or anywhere durability really matters. If you're unsure which to choose, laminated is always the safer long-term option.

What is the difference between sticker sheets and single stickers?
Sticker sheets have multiple QR code stickers printed on a single sheet with kiss-cut lines — each sticker is cut through the vinyl but the backing sheet remains intact, making them easier to store, handle, and distribute in bulk. Single stickers are individually die-cut and supplied ready to apply one at a time.

What surfaces can QR code sticker sheets adhere to?
QR code stickers adhere well to most smooth, clean surfaces including glass, metal and plastics. For best results, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust or oils before application.

Are QR code sticker sheets removable?
QR code stickers feature strong permanent adhesive designed for long-lasting application. While they can be removed, the vinyl will not be reusable. They are not designed for repositioning once applied.

Will the colours fade over time?
All stickers will fade over time depending on UV exposure. Our stickers are printed with genuine Roland eco-sol UV stable inks. The 2-year vinyl will fade faster as the ink has no protective barrier. The laminated 5-year vinyl offers significantly greater colour protection due to its UV overlaminate layer.

How long does it take to produce QR code sticker sheets?
Our general turnaround time is 2–4 days from order confirmation. The 2-year vinyl sticker sheets are typically ready within 3 days, while laminated sheets take 3–5 days due to the additional lamination process.

When will my order be shipped?
We ship every Tuesday and Thursday when our local postie collects from us. Your order will be dispatched on the next available collection day after production is complete.

Will I be notified when my order ships?

If I order multiple different products will my entire order arrive together?
If you order multiple different products, they may be dispatched separately as each item is completed. This means you might receive your order in multiple packages at different times. Each dispatch will be sent with tracking information so you can monitor all your deliveries.
