ARTWORK TERMS - FILES SUBMITTED INCORRECTLY
If an uploaded file is not print ready Stickerman will contact you and give you the opportunity to adjust the print file. In the event a file cannot be adjusted by the client
Stickerman cannot be held responsible for any work produced with artwork that is not submitted in line with the artwork terms. By submitting orders with Stickerman you agree that all artwork is provided correctly and hereby release and indemnify Stickerman Australia Pty Ltd from any liability in respect to work affected by failure to comply with the required artwork terms.

Your approval of the design proof is required before production begins
Re-order of existing design - No changes: Your last ordered business card design will move immediately into production, if we have any questions or confusion regarding the correct file for print we will contact you prior to production. No Design proof included
Re-order of existing design - With changes: Changes to existing card designs include text changes and image re-placement only. For a full re-design a 'new business card design' must be ordered.

The artwork price includes x1 artwork design based on the provided information for each version.
Design Proof Process:
Revisions:
A layout proof is a digital copy of your stickers sent via email, you will receive the digital design proof within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) to the email address provided during the order.
Kindly check your email, including spam/junk folders, no order will progress to production until the design proof has been confirmed via return email.
Should you require changes and additional proofs they will incur additional fees.
