What artwork files do you accept?
PDF files only are accepted for metal A-frames. All other file formats will not be accepted.

What are the print-ready file requirements?
Please follow these requirements when setting up your artwork:
• PDF format only — no other file types accepted
• Correctly sized to 600 x 450mm
• 5mm bleed on all sides
• Printer trim marks must be included in the PDF
• All fonts must be converted to outlines
• All transparency effects flattened and all images embedded
• Files are printed in CMYK only — as per industry standard, colours may vary up to 5%

Can I have a different design on each side?
Yes — the A-frame is printed on both faces and each side can feature a different design. Simply supply both designs as separate PDF files when placing your order.

Can you fix or set up my artwork?
We offer a "Make My File Print Ready" service that includes resizing, adding bleed, and preparing your file for production — with no changes to your actual artwork. If your design needs modifications or corrections, please contact us for a custom quote.

Will I see a proof before printing?
When placing your order, you'll select whether you have print-ready files, need file setup assistance, or need a new file created. Based on your selection, you'll see how many design proofs are included. If you have print-ready artwork and request a proof, we'll send you a digital proof for approval. We won't make adjustments to your artwork unless you've selected one of our file setup options. If your file isn't set up correctly, we'll notify you before proceeding.

What is a proof?
A proof is a digital preview of exactly how your A-frame will look when printed. It shows the final design, colours, and layout for both faces, allowing you to review and approve everything before production begins.

When will I receive my proof?
Your proof will be emailed within 24–48 hours of placing your order. Please check your junk mail folder in case it's filtered there. If you haven't received it within this timeframe, contact us directly. No work will move into production until the proof is approved via return email.

What if my logo or image isn't high enough quality?
We'll assess your file and let you know if the quality is suitable for printing. If your artwork is too low resolution, we'll advise you and may be able to help recreate or source a better quality version for a small fee.

What are the dimensions of this A-frame?
This A-frame has an overall face size of 600 x 450mm. It features a black powder-coated frame with a handle for easy repositioning.

What are the faces made from?
The faces are made from Colorbond — a robust, weatherproof metal material that provides a sturdy, professional display surface built for long-term outdoor use.

What printing method is used?
The faces are printed in full colour using UV printing technology directly onto the Colorbond surface. UV printing produces vibrant, waterproof, and fade-resistant results that hold up to Australian outdoor conditions.

Is this A-frame suitable for outdoor use?
Yes — the Colorbond faces and powder-coated frame are both designed for outdoor use. UV printed graphics are waterproof and fade-resistant. Like all outdoor A-frames, this product is best used in sheltered positions and brought inside in high winds or severe weather.

Can I replace the faces when my message changes?
The metal faces on this A-frame are not replaceable — this is a complete unit with permanently printed faces. If you need changeable signage, our corflute insert A-frame allows easy panel swaps without replacing the whole unit.

How long does it take to produce this A-frame?
This A-frame is produced and dispatched within 3–5 business days from artwork upload or approval.

Who do you use for shipping?
We use local couriers for all A-frame deliveries, ensuring reliable and trackable shipping across Australia.

How long will delivery take once my order ships?
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service used. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

If I order multiple different products will my entire order arrive together?
If you order multiple different products, they may be dispatched separately as each item is completed. This means you might receive your order in multiple packages at different times. Each dispatch will be sent with tracking information so you can monitor all your deliveries.
