What can I customise on this sign?
Design 2 allows you to upload your own logo to be placed onto the pre-set No Parking Tow Away Zone design. The sign text and layout are fixed and cannot be changed — only the logo placement is personalised.

What logo files do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are best for the sharpest results. High-resolution PNG or JPG files at a minimum of 300 DPI are also accepted. If your logo file is too low resolution, we'll advise you before proceeding.

Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes — once your logo has been placed into the design, we'll send you a digital proof for approval before production begins. No order will proceed to production until the proof is approved via return email.

What is a proof?
A proof is a digital preview of exactly how your sign will look when printed, showing your logo positioned within the pre-set design. It allows you to review and approve the final result before production begins.

When will I receive my proof?
Your proof will be emailed within 24–48 hours of placing your order. Please check your junk mail folder in case it's filtered there. If you haven't received it within this timeframe, contact us directly.

What sizes are available?
Available in two sizes — small (300 x 420mm) and large (600 x 420mm).

What material is the sign made from?
Signs are made from 3mm aluminium composite (ACM) panel — a three-layer sandwich of two pre-painted aluminium sheets bonded to a polyethylene core. ACM is rigid, lightweight, and built for long-term outdoor use.

How durable is the print?
The sign is printed in full colour using genuine Roland eco-sol inks and finished with a clear UV over-laminate, providing a waterproof, UV stable, and chemical-resistant surface suitable for long-term outdoor installation.

How do I install this sign?
ACM panels can be installed using adhesive or by drilling directly through the panel. For a polished floating finish, standoff panel mounts are available to order separately.

Is this sign suitable for outdoor use?
Yes — the ACM panel and UV over-laminate finish are both designed for long-term outdoor use in Australian conditions.

Are these signs compliant with Australian parking regulations?
These signs are produced for general use. Stickerman Australia Pty Ltd cannot provide advice on compliance with local council, state, or federal parking regulations. Please check with your local authority regarding signage requirements before installation.

How long does it take to produce this sign?
This sign is produced within 5–7 business days from proof approval.

What shipping method is used?
Shipping method depends on the size of your order. Smaller signs are sent via Australia Post. Larger signs are dispatched via local couriers. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

If I order multiple different products will my entire order arrive together?
If you order multiple different products, they may be dispatched separately as each item is completed. This means you might receive your order in multiple packages at different times. Each dispatch will be sent with tracking information so you can monitor all your deliveries.
