FAQs

Design & Artwork
What artwork files do you accept?
PDF files only are accepted for corflute A-frame inserts. All other file formats will not be accepted.

What are the print-ready file requirements?
Please follow these requirements when setting up your artwork:
• PDF format only — no other file types accepted
• Correctly sized to 600 x 900mm
• 5mm bleed on all sides
• Printer trim marks must be included in the PDF
• All fonts must be converted to outlines
• All transparency effects flattened and all images embedded
• Files are printed in CMYK only — as per industry standard, colours may vary up to 5%

What is the visible print area?
The visible print area within the A-frame is 580 x 880mm. Your artwork should be set up to the full 600 x 900mm panel size with bleed — the frame border will cover the outermost edges of the panel when displayed.

Can I have a different design on each side?
Yes — each A-frame includes two corflute inserts, one for each face, and each can feature a different design. Simply supply both designs as separate PDF files when placing your order.

Can you fix or set up my artwork?
We offer a "Make My File Print Ready" service that includes resizing, adding bleed, and preparing your file for production — with no changes to your actual artwork. If your design needs modifications or corrections, please contact us for a custom quote.

Will I see a proof before printing?
When placing your order, you'll select whether you have print-ready files, need file setup assistance, or need a new file created. Based on your selection, you'll see how many design proofs are included. If you have print-ready artwork and request a proof, we'll send you a digital proof for approval. We won't make adjustments to your artwork unless you've selected one of our file setup options. If your file isn't set up correctly, we'll notify you before proceeding.

What is a proof?
A proof is a digital preview of exactly how your corflute inserts will look when printed. It shows the final design, colours, and sizing, allowing you to review and approve everything before production begins.

When will I receive my proof?
Your proof will be emailed within 24–48 hours of placing your order. Please check your junk mail folder in case it's filtered there. If you haven't received it within this timeframe, contact us directly. No work will move into production until the proof is approved via return email.

What if my logo or image isn't high enough quality?
We'll assess your file and let you know if the quality is suitable for printing. If your artwork is too low resolution, we'll advise you and may be able to help recreate or source a better quality version for a small fee.

Product & Construction
What does this product include?
The corflute insert A-frame comes complete with the powder-coated frame and two full colour direct-printed 5mm corflute inserts — one for each face. Everything you need to display your signage is included.

What are the frame dimensions?
The A-frame has an overall size of 600 x 900mm with a visible print area of 580 x 880mm per face. The frame itself weighs 11kg, making it stable enough for outdoor use while still being portable enough to move in and out daily.

What is the frame made from?
The frame is constructed from black powder-coated metal with a secure metal swivel top flap that holds the corflute inserts firmly in place and adds weight for stability in light wind.

What are the corflute inserts made from?
The included inserts are made from 5mm corflute, printed direct-to-face in full colour CMYK using UV stable, waterproof inks. They are tough, weather-resistant, and built for regular outdoor use.

Is this A-frame suitable for outdoor use?
Yes — the powder-coated metal frame and UV stable waterproof corflute inserts are both designed for outdoor use. The metal swivel top flap adds weight and stability. Like all outdoor A-frames, this product is best used in sheltered positions and brought inside in high winds or severe weather.

Can I replace the inserts when my message changes?
Yes — one of the key advantages of a corflute insert A-frame is that the inserts can be swapped out easily without replacing the frame. When your promotion or message changes, simply order a new set of corflute A-frame inserts from our corflute range and slide them into the existing frame.

Production Times & Shipping
How long does it take to produce the corflute insert A-frame?
The corflute insert A-frame is produced and dispatched within 3-5 business days from artwork upload or approval.

Can you rush my order if it's urgent?
Yes! Please contact us directly to discuss your timeline and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Who do you use for shipping?
We use local couriers for all A-frame deliveries, ensuring reliable and trackable shipping across Australia.

How long will delivery take once my order ships?
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service used. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

If I order multiple different products will my entire order arrive together?
If you order multiple different products, they may be dispatched separately as each item is completed. This means you might receive your order in multiple packages at different times. Each dispatch will be sent with tracking information so you can monitor all your deliveries.
