What artwork files do you accept for vehicle magnets?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are best for the sharpest results. High-resolution PNG or JPG files also work well, provided they're clear and at least 300 DPI at the final print size.

What is vector artwork?
Vector files are created using paths rather than pixels, which means they can be scaled to any size without losing quality. This gives you sharper prints and cleaner results compared to raster images like JPG or PNG.

What types of designs work best for vehicle magnets?
Full colour printing works best when your design has good contrast and bold elements — think solid fills, clear outlines, and legible text at the size you're ordering. Very fine lines, thin script fonts, and small detailed text can lose definition once printed, so we recommend keeping text and line weights chunky enough to hold up at size.

Can I include images or logos?
Absolutely — there are no limits on the number of colours, so you can include logos, graphics, gradients, and even photographs alongside your business details.

Can you fix or set up my artwork?
We offer a "Make My File Print Ready" service that includes resizing, adding bleed, and preparing your file for production — with no changes to your actual artwork.

What does "I Have Print-Ready Artwork" mean?
This option is for files that are ready to go straight to production with no changes needed. Your file is considered print-ready if the artwork is supplied at final size, includes bleed, and all text is converted to outlines. If no proof is requested, print-ready files will proceed straight to production.

What does "I Need a File Created" include?
If you don't have artwork, we offer a flat rate design service for simple text layout creation. This includes basic layout using your specifications and includes two design proofs.

What if my design is complex?
We allocate design time based on the quoted price. If your artwork requires significantly more work than anticipated, we'll reach out before starting and provide a custom quote. If you'd prefer not to proceed at that point, a full refund will be issued.

What if my logo or image isn't high enough quality?
We'll assess your file and let you know if the quality is suitable for printing. If your artwork is too low resolution, we'll advise you and may be able to help recreate or source a better quality version for a small fee.

Will I see a proof before production?
When placing your order, you'll select whether you have print-ready files, need file setup assistance, or need a new file created. Based on your selection, you'll see how many design proofs are included. For print-ready artwork with a proof requested, we'll prepare your file and send a digital proof for approval but won't make changes to your design. If your file isn't set up correctly, we'll notify you so you can make the necessary changes.

What is a proof?
A proof is a digital preview of exactly how your vehicle magnet will look. It shows the final design, sizing, colours, and layout, allowing you to review and approve everything before production begins.

When will I receive my proof?
Your proof will be emailed within 24–48 hours of placing your order. Please check your junk mail folder in case it's filtered there. If you haven't received it within this timeframe, contact us directly. No work will move into production until the proof is approved via return email.

What material are vehicle magnets made from?
Vehicle magnets are printed onto premium thick vehicle magnetic stock and finished with a full colour overlaminate for a durable, UV-stable result built to handle daily driving and outdoor conditions.

Are vehicle magnets weatherproof?
Yes — the printed surface is fully weatherproof and UV stable, designed to withstand sun, rain, and regular outdoor exposure.

How long will they last?
With proper care and storage, vehicle magnets are built for long-term use. Lifespan can vary depending on UV exposure, how frequently they are applied and removed, and how they are stored when not in use.

What surfaces do vehicle magnets adhere to?
Vehicle magnets adhere to flat, smooth metal surfaces only. They will not adhere to fibreglass, plastic, or carbon fibre body panels. For best results, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from wax, polish, or road grime before applying.

Are vehicle magnets suitable for all vehicles?
These magnets are not suitable for curved, ribbed, or textured surfaces, as they require full contact with a flat metal surface to adhere correctly. They will not adhere to vehicles with ceramic coating or Raptor coat applied — ceramic coating creates a slick, hydrophobic surface the magnet cannot grip, while Raptor coat's textured finish prevents full contact. If you're unsure whether your vehicle is suitable, please contact us before ordering.

Can I use vehicle magnets at highway speeds?
Vehicle magnets are not recommended for use at high speeds or highway driving. We recommend removing your magnets before highway travel and reapplying when back in suburban or low-speed conditions.

How should I store my magnets when not in use?
When not in use, store your magnets flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not roll, fold, or stack heavy items on top of them as this can cause warping. Warped magnets will not lie flat on the vehicle surface and may not adhere correctly.

How do I care for my vehicle magnets?
Clean your magnets regularly with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid leaving magnets on the vehicle for extended periods without removing them — moisture can become trapped between the magnet and the vehicle surface, which can affect both the magnet and your vehicle's paint. We recommend removing and wiping down both the magnet and the vehicle surface at least once a week.

How do I apply vehicle magnets?
Ensure your vehicle surface is clean, dry, and free from wax, polish, or grime. Position the magnet on the desired flat metal surface and press firmly to ensure full contact. Remove and reapply regularly to prevent moisture buildup between the magnet and the vehicle.

How long does it take to produce vehicle magnets?
Standard production time is approximately 5–7 business days from order confirmation and artwork approval.

When will my order be shipped?
