No — customers supply their own QR code artwork. There are many free QR code generators available online such as qr-code-generator.com or QR Code Monkey. Simply generate your QR code, download it as a high-resolution PNG or vector file, and upload it with your order.

What can my QR code link to?
Your QR code can link to anything — a website URL, online menu, vCard, social media profile, PDF, video, or any other destination. Just make sure your QR code is tested and working correctly before submitting your artwork, as we print exactly what is supplied and cannot be responsible for QR codes that don't scan correctly.

Do I need to add the white ink layer myself?
No — we'll add the white ink backing to your vector files at no cost. The white ink ensures your QR code prints with maximum contrast for reliable scanning on any surface.

Can you fix or set up my artwork?
For print-ready vector files (AI, EPS, SVG), we add the white ink layer and cut lines at no cost. For files needing resizing, bleed, or setup work, we offer a "Make My File Print Ready" service. For design modifications, contact us for a custom quote.

Will I see a proof before printing?
When placing your order, you'll select whether you have print-ready files, need file setup assistance, or need a new file created. Based on your selection, you'll see how many design proofs are included. For print-ready artwork with a proof requested, we'll add the white ink layer and send a digital proof for approval. We won't make adjustments to your artwork unless you've selected one of our file setup options. If your file isn't set up correctly, we'll notify you before proceeding.

What is a proof?
A proof is a digital preview of exactly how your clear QR code sticker sheet will look when printed. It shows the final design, colours, sizing, and white ink layer placement, allowing you to review and approve everything before production begins.

When will I receive my proof?
Your proof will be emailed within 24–48 hours of placing your order. Please check your junk mail folder in case it's filtered there. If you haven't received it within this timeframe, contact us directly. No work will move into production until the proof is approved via return email.
