What are variable data QR code stickers?
Variable data QR code stickers are a set of stickers where each individual sticker is unique — every QR code in your order links to a different URL or contains different data. This makes them perfect for equipment specifications, building materials, location tracking, product descriptions, and any application where each item needs its own unique scannable code.

How do I supply my variable data?
Supply your data as a spreadsheet or CSV file with each unique URL or data entry listed. Please visit the "Variable Data Set Up" tab on the product page for detailed instructions on how to format and supply your data file correctly.

Do you generate the QR codes for me?
Yes — if you need us to generate your QR codes, simply supply your data as a spreadsheet or CSV file with each unique URL or destination and we'll create the QR codes for you. Alternatively, if you prefer to supply your own pre-generated QR codes, you can include these in your data file instead. Please visit the "Variable Data Set Up" tab on the product page for full instructions on both options.

Can I add a logo or additional artwork to my stickers?
Yes — you can include a logo or additional design elements alongside your QR codes. Accepted file types are PDF, JPG, PNG, EPS, and AI. All files must be correctly sized, include 2mm bleed if colour extends to the edge, all fonts converted to outlines, all transparency effects flattened, and all images embedded. Files are printed in CMYK — colours may vary up to 5% as per industry standard.

What is the recommended image resolution?
A minimum of 300 DPI at the final print size is recommended for all images and logos included in your design.

How do I make sure my QR codes will scan correctly once printed?
Always test each QR code before submitting your data file. Ensure there is adequate quiet zone (white border) around each code and that contrast is sufficient for scanning. Avoid applying effects, gradients, or low-contrast colours to the QR code itself. We print exactly what is supplied and cannot be responsible for QR codes that don't scan correctly.

Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes — one layout proof is included with every order. You will receive a digital proof via email within 48 hours of placing your order. No order will proceed to production until the proof has been approved via return email. Please check your junk mail folder if you haven't received it within this timeframe.

What does the proof include?
The layout proof shows a digital preview of your sticker design including the layout, font, colour, and QR code placement, allowing you to review and approve everything before production begins.

What revisions are included?
The price includes one round of revisions. All revisions must be communicated in a single interaction and an additional proof will be sent for approval within 48 hours. Additional charges apply for further changes or proofs beyond this.

What does the included setup service cover?
The included setup covers minor resizing, adding bleed if required, and preparing your file to a print-ready PDF. It does not include layout changes or changing or adding any text or images beyond what has been supplied.

What is the difference between 2-year vinyl and laminated 5-year vinyl?
Our 2-year vinyl is printed directly onto the material without a protective layer. It's ideal for short to medium-term use, indoor applications, or anywhere long outdoor life isn't a priority. It is heat and freezer resistant though UV exposure may impact its lifespan outdoors.

Our laminated 5-year vinyl pairs premium 5-year outdoor vinyl with a matching 5-year UV overlaminate layer for superior protection against sunlight, chemicals, scratches, and extensive handling. The air-release adhesive ensures easy, bubble-free installation. It's the recommended choice for long-term outdoor use or exposure to cleaning chemicals and essential oils.

Are variable data QR code stickers waterproof?
Yes — all vinyl options are fully waterproof and UV stable, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

What surfaces can these stickers adhere to?
These stickers adhere well to most smooth, clean surfaces including metal, plastic, and glass. For best results, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, oils, or contaminants before application.

Are these stickers removable?
These stickers feature strong permanent adhesive designed for long-lasting application. While they can be removed, the vinyl will not be reusable. They are not designed for repositioning once applied.

How long does it take to produce variable data QR code stickers?
2-year vinyl stickers are typically ready within 3 days of order confirmation and proof approval. Laminated stickers take 3–5 days due to the additional lamination process.

When will my order be shipped?
We ship every Tuesday and Thursday when our local postie collects from us. Your order will be dispatched on the next available collection day after production is complete.

Who do you use for shipping?
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries, ensuring reliable and trackable shipping across Australia.

How long will delivery take once my order ships?
Delivery times depend on your location and the Australia Post service used. Standard delivery typically takes 2–6 business days for metro areas and 3–10 business days for regional areas. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping options are available through Australia Post. If you need your stickers urgently, contact us directly and we can arrange both expedited production and express shipping to meet your deadline.

Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes, you'll receive shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is collected by Australia Post on our scheduled Tuesday or Thursday pickup.

If I order multiple different products will my entire order arrive together?
If you order multiple different products, they may be dispatched separately as each item is completed. This means you might receive your order in multiple packages at different times. Each dispatch will be sent with tracking information so you can monitor all your deliveries.
