How do I set up my design?
On the product page, select either "I have artwork", "Create my design", or "Design it for me" from the artwork options before adding to cart.

What is the "I have artwork" option?
If you have your own SVG file ready, select "I have artwork" — you'll be taken directly to our free online Window Sticker Designer where you can upload your file, preview your sticker at exact dimensions, and prepare it for production. No proof is required as what you see in the designer is exactly what will be produced.

Why does the designer only accept SVG files?
Window stickers are cut with a blade rather than printed, so the cutting machine needs vector path data to follow. SVG is a vector format that contains this path information. Raster files such as JPG, PNG, or JPEG cannot be used as they do not contain the data needed for cutting. If your artwork isn't in SVG format, export it from your design software or use the "Create my design" or "Design it for me" options.

Can I use Canva to create my design?
Yes — download your file from Canva as an SVG. All fonts must be converted to outlines before exporting, and any overlapping elements should form a united compound shape. Note: Canva may export some images or raster elements as JPG rather than vector paths — these elements won't be cuttable. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.

What is the "Create my design" option?
If you don't have an SVG file, select "Create my design" — you'll be taken to our free online designer where you can build your window sticker using text and pre-loaded design elements. Once you're happy with your design, it goes straight to production. No proof is required as what you build in the designer is exactly what will be produced.

What types of designs work best for 1-2 colour window stickers?
Pre-coloured vinyl works best for solid colour designs such as text, lettering, logos, and simple graphics. Your design should work well in one or two colours without gradients, shading, or photographic elements. Think clean, bold business names and contact details where the shape and outline are the key features.

Can I have my design in two colours?
Yes — you can use up to 2 vinyl colours per sticker. For example, your business name in one colour and your contact details or tagline in another.

What vinyl colours are available?
We offer a wide range of solid vinyl colours. Photos of available colours are shown further down on the product page.

What is the "Design it for me" option?
If you'd prefer us to create your design, select "Design it for me" — the design service will be added to your cart. Simply describe your sticker in the brief field provided, including your business name, contact details, preferred colours, and any layout notes. If you have files to share such as a logo, email them to us after ordering with your order number in the subject line.

What does the Design it for me service include?
The design service includes a basic layout using your supplied text or logo, simple lettering or standard vehicle sticker layouts, and two design proofs for amendments and approvals. It does not include logo design or illustration, complex graphics or branding work, or multiple design concepts. More complex artwork will be custom quoted before work begins.

Do I need to supply cut lines?
No — our cutting machine reads the outline of your vector artwork directly. No separate cut line is required.

What if my uploaded file isn't suitable for cutting?
If your SVG file isn't suitable for cutting, we'll contact you directly before proceeding. If you're unable to adjust the file yourself, we can provide a custom quote to prepare a cut-ready file for you.

What material are window stickers made from?
Window stickers are made from high-quality outdoor vinyl in solid colours. This vinyl is waterproof, UV stable, and highly durable — the longest-lasting option we offer.

Are window stickers weatherproof?
Yes — pre-coloured vinyl is fully waterproof and UV stable, designed to withstand sun, rain, and constant outdoor exposure. These stickers are applied to the outside of the glass and are built to handle whatever the elements throw at them.

Will the colours fade over time?
All vinyl will fade over time with prolonged exposure to UV and the elements — however pre-coloured vinyl offers the best fade resistance of all our sticker products. Because the colour runs through the vinyl itself rather than being printed on top, it takes significantly longer to show signs of fading compared to digitally printed alternatives. For most shopfronts, you can expect excellent colour retention well beyond the life of a printed sticker.

How long do they last?
Standard outdoor vinyl lasts up to 5–7 years, while printed and laminated vinyl lasts up to 5 years outdoors. Actual lifespan can vary depending on UV exposure, surface colour, and conditions.

What surfaces can window stickers adhere to?
Window stickers adhere well to clean, smooth glass. For best results, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from any cleaning product residue, grease, or grime before application.

Which side of the glass are these applied to?
These stickers are designed for outside application only. If you require inside application with a reverse-printed design, please contact us to discuss your options.

Are window stickers removable?
Window stickers feature permanent adhesive designed for long-lasting application. While they can be removed, the vinyl will not be reusable.

How do I apply window stickers?
Your sticker arrives with transfer paper (application tape) applied over the design, holding all letters and elements in position. Clean and dry your surface thoroughly, position the sticker with the transfer paper still attached, apply pressure to adhere it, then carefully peel away the transfer paper to reveal your design. Detailed application instructions are included with your order.

My details have changed — can I update my sticker?
Because these are transfer stickers with no background, we can produce just the individual elements that have changed — you don't need to replace the entire sticker. Simply contact us with what needs updating and we'll sort it out for you.

What's the difference between 1-2 colour and multi-colour window stickers?
1-2 colour stickers are cut from pre-coloured vinyl and are ideal for simple designs in one or two solid colours — they offer the best fade resistance and longest lifespan. Full colour stickers are digitally printed, which means you can include unlimited colours, gradients, logos, and detailed artwork. How long does it take to produce window stickers?
Standard production time is 48 hours from order confirmation and artwork approval.

When will my order be shipped?
We ship every Tuesday and Thursday when our local postie collects from us. Your order will be dispatched on the next available collection day after production is complete.

Can you rush my order if it's urgent?
Yes! We can produce window stickers faster than our standard turnaround time if you have urgent requirements. Please contact us directly to discuss your timeline and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Who do you use for shipping?
We use Australia Post for all deliveries, ensuring reliable and trackable shipping across Australia.

How long will delivery take once my order ships?
Delivery times depend on your location and the Australia Post service used. Standard delivery typically takes 2–6 business days for metro areas and 3–10 business days for regional areas. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping is available and can be selected at checkout. If you need your window stickers urgently, contact us directly and we can also arrange expedited production to meet your deadline.

Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes, you'll receive shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is collected by Australia Post on our scheduled Tuesday or Thursday pickup.
