What artwork files do you accept?
PDF files only are accepted for corflute signs. All other file formats will not be accepted.

What are the print-ready file requirements?
Please follow these requirements when setting up your artwork:
• PDF format only — no other file types accepted
• Correctly sized to your chosen finished dimensions
• 5mm bleed on all sides
• Printer trim marks must be included in the PDF
• All fonts must be converted to outlines
• All transparency effects flattened and all images embedded
• Files are printed in CMYK only — as per industry standard, colours may vary up to 5%

How do I set up artwork for double-sided printing?
For double-sided corflute signs, both sides must be supplied within a single PDF file with each side on a separate artboard. Please ensure both artboards are correctly sized and set up to the same print-ready specifications.

Will I receive a proof before printing?
When placing your order, you'll select whether you have print-ready files, need file setup assistance, or need a new file created. Based on your selection, you'll see how many design proofs are included. If you have print-ready artwork and request a proof, we'll send you a digital proof for approval. We won't make adjustments to your artwork unless you've selected one of our file setup options. If your file isn't set up correctly, we'll notify you before proceeding.

Can you fix or set up my artwork?
We offer a "Make My File Print Ready" service that includes resizing, adding bleed, and preparing your file for production — with no changes to your actual artwork. If your design needs modifications or corrections, please contact us for a custom quote.

What if my logo or image isn't high enough quality?
We'll assess your file and let you know if the quality is suitable for printing. If your artwork is too low resolution, we'll advise you and may be able to help recreate or source a better quality version for a small fee.

What sizes are available?
Corflute signs are available in five sizes:
• 450 x 300mm
• 600 x 450mm
• 600 x 600mm
• 600 x 900mm
• 900 x 1200mm

Can I order a custom size?
Custom sizes outside the standard range are not available through the product page. Please contact us directly if you have a specific size requirement and we'll do our best to help.

What material are corflute signs made from?
Corflute signs are made from 5mm corrugated plastic (corflute) panel. This material is sturdy yet lightweight, making it easy to handle and install while being rigid enough to hold its shape in outdoor conditions.

What printing method is used?
Corflute signs are printed direct-to-face in full colour CMYK using premium UV stable inks. This method delivers vibrant, sharp colour and crisp detail directly onto the corflute surface.

Are corflute signs suitable for outdoor use?
Yes — corflute signs are water-resistant and UV stable, making them well suited to outdoor applications in Australian weather conditions. They are commonly used for real estate signage, construction sites, event directions, and temporary outdoor advertising.

Can I print on both sides?
Yes — corflute signs are available in single or double-sided printing. Double-sided is ideal for signs that will be viewed from both sides, such as directional signage or signs displayed in the middle of a space rather than mounted against a wall. Both sides must be supplied in a single PDF with each side on a separate artboard.

How do I install a corflute sign?
Corflute signs are lightweight and easy to handle. They can be mounted using cable ties, wire, adhesive, stakes, or sign frames depending on your application. Fixings and mounting hardware are not included.

How long does it take to produce corflute signs?
All corflute signs are produced and shipped within 3 business days from artwork upload or approval.

Can you rush my order if it's urgent?

Who do you use for shipping?
We use local couriers for all corflute sign deliveries, ensuring reliable and trackable shipping across Australia.

How long will delivery take once my order ships?
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service used. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

If I order multiple different products will my entire order arrive together?
If you order multiple different products, they may be dispatched separately as each item is completed. This means you might receive your order in multiple packages at different times. Each dispatch will be sent with tracking information so you can monitor all your deliveries.
