What artwork files do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are best for the sharpest results. High-resolution PNG or JPG files also work well, provided they're clear and at least 300 DPI at the final print size.

What is vector artwork?
Vector files are created using paths rather than pixels, which means they can be scaled to any size without losing quality. This gives you sharper prints and cleaner results compared to raster images like JPG or PNG.

Can you fix or set up my artwork?
We offer a "Make My File Print Ready" service that includes resizing, adding bleed, and preparing your file for production — with no changes to your actual artwork. If your design needs modifications or corrections, please contact us for a custom quote.

Will I see a proof before printing?
When placing your order, you'll select whether you have print-ready files, need file setup assistance, or need a new file created. Based on your selection, you'll see how many design proofs are included. If you have print-ready artwork and request a proof, we'll send you a digital proof for approval. We won't make adjustments to your artwork unless you've selected one of our file setup options. If your file isn't set up correctly, we'll notify you before proceeding.

What is a proof?
A proof is a digital preview of exactly how your bumper sticker will look when printed. It shows the final design, colours, and sizing, allowing you to review and approve everything before production begins.

When will I receive my proof?
Your proof will be emailed within 24–48 hours of placing your order. Please check your junk mail folder in case it's filtered there. If you haven't received it within this timeframe, contact us directly. No work will move into production until the proof is approved via return email.

What if my logo or image isn't high enough quality?
We'll assess your file and let you know if the quality is suitable for printing. If your artwork is too low resolution, we'll advise you and may be able to help recreate or source a better quality version for a small fee.

What shape are bumper stickers supplied in?

What is the difference between 2-year vinyl and laminated 5-year vinyl?
Our 2-year vinyl is printed directly onto the material without a protective layer. It's ideal for short to medium-term use, indoor applications, or anywhere long outdoor life isn't a priority. It will fade faster over time as the ink has no protective barrier against UV exposure.

Our laminated 5-year vinyl includes an additional overlaminate layer applied over the print, giving you significantly better protection against UV fading, scratches, scuffs, chemicals, and general wear. It's the recommended choice for bumpers, vehicles, and outdoor use where durability really matters. If you're unsure which to choose, laminated is always the safer long-term option.

What surfaces can bumper stickers adhere to?
Bumper stickers adhere well to most smooth, clean surfaces including painted metal, plastic, glass, and fibreglass. For best results, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from wax, polish, or road grime before application.

Are bumper stickers removable?
Bumper stickers feature strong permanent adhesive designed for long-lasting application. While they can be removed, the vinyl will not be reusable. They're not designed for repositioning once applied.

Will the colours fade over time?
All stickers will fade over time depending on UV exposure. Our stickers are printed with genuine Roland eco-sol inks that are UV stable and fade-resistant. The 2-year vinyl will fade faster as the ink is not protected by lamination. The laminated 5-year vinyl offers significantly greater colour protection due to its UV overlaminate layer, making it the best choice if long-term colour vibrancy is important.

Can bumper stickers withstand exposure to oils and chemicals?
Our stickers are oil-resistant, and the laminated 5-year vinyl provides enhanced protection against cleaning chemicals. If your stickers will be regularly exposed to harsh chemicals or cleaning products, we strongly recommend choosing the laminated option.

What's the minimum or maximum size I can order?
Available sizes are listed wthin the product. If you need a size that isn't listed, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your requirements.

How long does it take to produce bumper stickers?
Our general turnaround time is 2–4 days from order confirmation. The 2-year vinyl bumper stickers are typically ready within 3 days, while laminated stickers take 3–5 days due to the additional lamination process.

When will my order be shipped?
We ship every Tuesday and Thursday when our local postie collects from us. Your order will be dispatched on the next available collection day after production is complete.

Can you rush my order if it's urgent?
Yes! We can produce bumper stickers faster than our standard turnaround time if you have urgent requirements. Please contact us directly to discuss your timeline and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Who do you use for shipping?
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries, ensuring reliable and trackable shipping across Australia.

How long will delivery take once my order ships?
Delivery times depend on your location and the Australia Post service used. Standard delivery typically takes 2–6 business days for metro areas and 3–10 business days for regional areas. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping options are available through Australia Post. If you need your stickers urgently, contact us directly and we can arrange both expedited production and express shipping to meet your deadline.

Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes, you'll receive shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is collected by Australia Post on our scheduled Tuesday or Thursday pickup.

If I order multiple different products will my entire order arrive together?
If you order multiple different products, they may be dispatched separately as each item is completed. This means you might receive your order in multiple packages at different times. Each dispatch will be sent with tracking information so you can monitor all your deliveries.
