What QR code sticker products are available in this range?
This range includes standard and clear single QR code stickers, standard and clear QR code sticker sheets, and variable data QR code stickers in both singles and sheet formats. Whether you need one sticker or thousands, a static code or a unique code on every sticker, there's an option here to suit your application.
What is the difference between standard and clear QR code stickers?
Standard QR code stickers are printed on white vinyl, which forms the background of your sticker. Clear QR code stickers are printed on transparent gloss vinyl with a white ink, creating a no-label look where the vinyl disappears and only your QR code sits on the surface. Clear is ideal for glass, packaging, and surfaces where a seamless finish suits your branding.
What is the difference between static and variable data QR code stickers?
Static QR code stickers have the same QR code on every sticker in your order — every one links to the same destination. Variable data QR code stickers are unique from one sticker to the next, with each code linking to a different URL or containing different data. Variable data is ideal for equipment tracking, asset management, building sites, product descriptions, and any application where each item needs its own individual scannable code.
Can you generate the QR codes for me?
For static QR code stickers, customers supply their own QR code artwork. For variable data QR code stickers, we can generate the QR codes for you from a spreadsheet or CSV file containing your URLs or data — or you can supply your own pre-generated codes if you prefer. What can my QR code link to?
Your QR code can link to anything — a website URL, online menu, vCard, social media profile, PDF, video, or any other destination. Always test your QR code before submitting your order to ensure it scans correctly. We print exactly what is supplied and cannot be responsible for QR codes that don't scan correctly once printed.
What vinyl options are available?
Standard and variable data QR code stickers are available on 2-year vinyl for short to medium-term use, or laminated 5-year vinyl for extended outdoor life, superior UV protection, and resistance to chemicals and handling. Clear QR code stickers are available on 2-year gloss vinyl only — there is no laminated option for clear products.
Are QR code stickers suitable for outdoor use?
Yes — all products in this range are printed with genuine Roland eco-sol UV stable inks on waterproof vinyl suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. For long-term outdoor exposure, heavy handling, or environments involving cleaning chemicals or essential oils, we recommend the laminated 5-year vinyl option.
How long do QR code stickers take to produce?
Standard and variable data QR code stickers in 2-year vinyl are typically ready within 3 days. Laminated stickers take 3–5 days. Clear QR code stickers take 3–5 days. Variable data orders require proof approval before production begins. We ship every Tuesday and Thursday — if you have an urgent requirement, please contact us directly.
