What are the stubby coolers made from?
Stubby coolers are made from premium neoprene and printed using full colour dye sublimation technology. Dye sublimation embeds the ink directly into the material under heat and pressure, producing vibrant, photo-quality results that won't fade, crack, or peel with regular use. Each cooler is finished with stitched edges and a non-slip shark skin base, and fits most standard 375ml cans.
What are the drink coasters made from?
Drink coasters are made from 390gsm beer board — a 700 micron thick biodegradable material that is the industry standard for printed coasters. Beer board is absorbent, durable, and food contact approved, making it suitable for restaurants, bars, cafes, and any food and beverage environment. Available in square (96 x 96mm with 5mm rounded corners) and circle (96mm diameter).
Can I print on both sides of a coaster?
Yes — coasters are available in single or double-sided printing. Double-sided allows you to run a completely different design on each face, which is great for two promotions, different products or services, or simply doubling your branding impact on every coaster.
What is the minimum order quantity for coasters?
The minimum order is 250 coasters — a low minimum that makes custom branded coasters accessible for small businesses, pop-ups, events, and short-run campaigns.

What artwork do I need to supply?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are recommended for the sharpest results across all products in this range. High-resolution PNG or JPG files at a minimum of 300 DPI are also accepted. Full artwork requirements are listed on each individual product page.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes — a proof option is available for all products in this range. You will receive a digital proof within 24–48 hours of placing your order. No order will proceed to production until the proof is approved via return email.
How long do these products take to produce?
All products in this range have a production time of 7–14 business days from artwork upload or approval. We use local couriers for all deliveries — you'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched. If you have an urgent requirement or a large order, please contact us directly.
