This range includes 1-2 colour and full colour boat name stickers, round boat registration stickers, jetski stickers, caravan names /channels and nipper board name stickers. Whether you need simple single colour lettering, a full colour design with logos and artwork, compliant round registration stickers, or board identification for the surf club — there's an option here to suit every vessel, watercraft, and application.
Do I need to supply artwork?
For most products in this range, no artwork is needed. Round boat registration stickers, jetski stickers, and nipper board stickers all use our free online designer — simply enter your text, choose your font and colour, and preview your design before ordering. Boat name stickers in 1-2 colour and full colour require either a supplied vector file or can be created by our team. Full details are listed on each individual product page.
What is the difference between 1-2 colour and full colour boat name stickers?
1-2 colour stickers are cut from solid pre-coloured vinyl — no printing involved, which means the colour runs through the material itself for superior fade resistance and a longer outdoor lifespan. Full colour stickers are digitally printed, meaning there are no limits on colours, gradients, logos, or detailed artwork. If your design is a simple name or lettering in one or two solid colours, pre-coloured vinyl is the best long-lasting choice. If you want logos, images, or multiple colours, full colour printed vinyl is the way to go.
Are these products suitable for marine environments?
Yes — all products in this range are made from marine-grade vinyl rated for long-term outdoor use in saltwater environments. They are fully waterproof, UV stable, and designed to handle constant exposure to sun, salt, and spray.
What surfaces can these stickers be applied to?
These stickers adhere best to smooth, clean surfaces including fibreglass, gelcoat, painted hulls, and foam boards. They do not adhere well to rough or textured surfaces, oxidised or chalky gelcoat, or silicone-treated areas. Boat name stickers are not suitable for ribbed surfaces or any surface that curves in two directions simultaneously. If you're unsure whether your surface is suitable, contact us before ordering.
Will my stickers cause shadowing over time?
Over time, UV exposure can cause the surface around your stickers to fade while the area beneath remains protected, resulting in a visible outline once the sticker is removed. To minimise this, we recommend removing stickers after 3 years, polishing the surrounding surface, and re-applying fresh stickers to maintain an even finish.
Can I get a proof before production?
For products using the online designer tool, the preview shown is exactly what you'll receive — no separate proof is required. For boat name stickers where artwork is supplied, a proof option is available. Full details are listed on each individual product page.
How long do these products take to produce?
Registration, jetski, and nipper board stickers are produced within 24 hours on business days. 1-2 colour boat name stickers have a standard production time of 48 hours. Full colour and multi-colour boat name stickers are produced in 3–5 days from artwork approval. We ship every Tuesday and Thursday via Australia Post.
