No — because these are fixed pre-set designs, no proof is required or offered. What you see on the product page is exactly what you'll receive.

Can I customise the text or design?
No — catalogue stickers are supplied as shown with fixed wording and layout. If you need a custom safety sign or sticker with different text or layout, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Are these stickers suitable for outdoor use?
Yes — catalogue stickers are printed on outdoor-grade vinyl using UV stable inks, making them suitable for both indoor and exterior applications.

What surfaces can these stickers be applied to?
These stickers adhere well to most smooth, clean surfaces including painted metal, glass, plastic, fibreglass, and powder-coated surfaces. For best results, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, oils, or cleaning product residue before application.

Are these stickers removable?
These stickers feature strong permanent adhesive designed for long-term use. While they can be removed, they are not designed for repositioning and will not be reusable once applied.

What is the ACM sign option?
Many products in this range offer an optional upgrade from a sticker to a rigid ACM (aluminium composite material) sign. ACM signs are made from a lightweight aluminium composite panel with your design printed and applied directly to the surface — giving you a more substantial, professional finish suitable for permanent installation in commercial, industrial, and public environments.

What is the difference between the sticker and ACM versions?
The sticker version is a printed vinyl sticker supplied ready to apply to your chosen surface. The ACM version is a rigid panel sign — more suitable for wall mounting, fencing, and permanent signage applications where a flat, durable substrate is preferred over a self-adhesive sticker.

Which option should I choose?
Choose the sticker if you need a quick, cost-effective solution for smooth surfaces such as doors, walls, equipment, and vehicles. Choose the ACM sign if you need a rigid, permanent sign for wall or post mounting, or if the surface you're working with isn't suitable for a sticker.

Does the ACM sign come with mounting hardware?
ACM signs are supplied as a flat panel only. Mounting hardware such as standoffs or screws are not included but are available separately in our range — please see our standoff panel mounts product if you need a premium wall-mounted finish.

How long does it take to produce catalogue stickers?
Many designs are held in stock and ready to ship immediately. Where a design needs to be produced, turnaround time is approximately 48 hours from order confirmation. Your order will be dispatched on the next available Tuesday or Thursday collection day.

How long does it take to produce the ACM sign version?
ACM signs are produced to order and have a production time of 3–5 business days from order confirmation.

Can you rush my order if it's urgent?

When will my order be shipped?
We ship every Tuesday and Thursday when our local postie collects from us. Your order will be dispatched on the next available collection day after production is complete.

Who do you use for shipping?
We use Australia Post for all deliveries, ensuring reliable and trackable shipping across Australia.

How long will delivery take once my order ships?
Delivery times depend on your location and the Australia Post service used. Standard delivery typically takes 2–6 business days for metro areas and 3–10 business days for regional areas. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes — express shipping options are available through Australia Post. If you need your order urgently, contact us directly and we can arrange both expedited production and express shipping to meet your deadline.

Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes — you'll receive shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is collected by Australia Post on our scheduled Tuesday or Thursday pickup.

If I order multiple different products will my entire order arrive together?
If you order multiple different products, they may be dispatched separately as each item is completed. This means you might receive your order in multiple packages at different times. Each dispatch will be sent with tracking information so you can monitor all your deliveries.
