How do I set up my design?
On the product page, select either "I have artwork" or "Design it for me" from the artwork options before adding to cart.

What is the "I have artwork" option?
If you have your own artwork ready, select "I have artwork" — you'll be taken directly to our free online Custom Shape Sticker Designer where you can upload your file, preview your sticker at exact dimensions, and see exactly where it will be cut before ordering. No proof is required as what you see in the designer is exactly what will be produced.

What artwork files can I upload into the designer?
SVG and PNG files with a transparent background will be cut to the shape of your design. JPG files are also accepted but will be cut as a rectangle only — if you want a custom die-cut shape, use SVG or PNG with a transparent background.

How do I know where my sticker will be cut?
When you upload your file into the designer, pink lines will appear around your design showing exactly where the sticker will be cut. Review these carefully before ordering — what you see is what will be produced.

Can I use Canva to create my design?
Yes — for a custom die-cut shape, download your file from Canva as a PNG with a transparent background. SVG is also accepted. If you export as JPG, your sticker will be cut as a rectangle.

What is the "Design it for me" option?
If you don't have artwork, select "Design it for me" — the design service will be added to your cart. Simply describe your sticker in the brief field provided, including any text, colours, and logo or layout details. If you have files to share such as a logo, email them to us after ordering with your order number in the subject line.

What does the Design it for me service include?
The design service includes a basic layout using your supplied text or logo, simple lettering or standard sticker layouts, and two design proofs for amendments and approvals. It does not include logo design or illustration, complex graphics or branding work, or multiple design concepts. More complex artwork will be custom quoted before work begins.

Do I need to supply cut lines?
No — the designer generates the cut line automatically from the outline of your uploaded design. The pink lines shown in the designer are your cut lines.

What's the difference between print & cut and cut vinyl?
Cut vinyl is made from pre-coloured vinyl with no printing — it's ideal for simple one or two colour designs. Print & cut is digitally printed, which means you can use unlimited colours, gradients, photos, and detailed artwork. If your design is more complex or includes an image, print & cut is the way to go.

Are vehicle door stickers waterproof?
Yes — vinyl is fully waterproof and UV stable, designed to withstand daily driving, rain, sun, and regular washing.

How long will it last?
The vinyl and overlaminate are both rated to 5 years outdoors, and are specifically designed to handle UV exposure and all weather conditions.

What surfaces can vehicle door stickers adhere to?
Vehicle door stickers adhere well to most smooth, clean surfaces including painted metal, fibreglass, and glass. For best results, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from wax, polish, or road grime before application.

Will vehicle door stickers adhere to ceramic coated or Raptor coated surfaces?
Unfortunately no — these stickers are not suitable for either ceramic coated or Raptor coated surfaces. Ceramic coating creates a slick, hydrophobic surface that vinyl adhesive cannot bond to reliably, while Raptor coat's textured finish prevents the sticker from making full contact. If your vehicle has either of these coatings applied, we'd recommend against ordering as the stickers will not adhere correctly.

Are vehicle door stickers suitable for all surfaces?
These stickers are not suitable for ribbed surfaces, textured trims, or any surface that curves in two directions simultaneously (such as a compound curve). This is a print and cut vinyl, not a wrapping vinyl, and will not conform to complex surface profiles. If you're unsure whether your surface is suitable, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to advise.

Are vehicle door stickers removable?
Vehicle door stickers feature permanent adhesive designed for long-lasting application. While they can be removed, depending on the surface and how long they've been applied, some adhesive residue may remain and the vinyl will not be reusable.

It's worth noting that over time, UV exposure can cause the paint around your stickers to fade, while the area beneath the sticker remains protected. This can result in a "shadowing" effect — where the outline of the sticker becomes visible once removed. To minimise this, we recommend removing stickers after 3 years, polishing the surrounding surface, and re-applying fresh stickers. This helps maintain an even finish and keeps your vehicle looking its best.

How do I apply vehicle door stickers?
Your sticker arrives with transfer paper (application tape) applied over the design, holding all letters and elements in position. Clean and dry your surface thoroughly, position the sticker with the transfer paper still attached, apply pressure to adhere it, then carefully peel away the transfer paper to reveal your design. Detailed application instructions are included with your order.

What's the difference between vehicle door stickers and regular stickers?
Vehicle door stickers are transfer stickers — all background material is removed, so only your lettering or graphics remain, creating a "painted on" look. Regular stickers include a background around the design. Transfer stickers give you clean lettering without visible sticker edges, which is the professional finish most businesses and vehicle owners prefer.

How long does it take to produce vehicle door stickers?
Standard production time is 3-5 days from order confirmation and artwork approval.

When will my order be shipped?
We ship every Tuesday and Thursday when our local postie collects from us. Your order will be dispatched on the next available collection day after production is complete.

Can you rush my order if it's urgent?

Delivery times depend on your location and the Australia Post service used. Standard delivery typically takes 2–6 business days for metro areas and 3–10 business days for regional areas. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer express shipping?

Will I be notified when my order ships?
